Very timely with getting back and doing the initial estimate as well as ease of scheduling cleaning. Mustafa was fantastic! Arrived exactly on time, and not only did a great job cleaning the carpets, he even got out a spot that previous carpet cleaner said was "wear on the carpet." Mustafa said it was a dirt stain and now it's gone and the whole carpet looks like new.

Polite and respectful people when they come to your home to do a quick assessment to give you a free quote, which is the right thing before you can choose them to actually do the service. Others try to do an estimate over the phone, which is not accurate and I believe people should actually come and see your carpet and the square footage and you should be given the exact quote.

I needed to clean my custom velvet sofa because my anxiety-ridden cat sprayed it. I tried using enzyme cleaner to clean it myself but cat urine is the most noxious, vile smelling substance to ever touch things! It would not get out even with my Bissell Green Spot cleaner. I called Tri-Valley Steamers because I honestly couldn’t take the smell anymore. We have used other cleaners in the past, but this company goes the extra mile. They use shoe covers, enzyme cleaners and powerful steamers to really clean your upholstery! Afterwards, they use fans to dry the sofa up quickly. They even repaired a small tear on the sofa! Mustafa went above and beyond. My sofa looks brand new again!
