I am giving Bay Area Bed Bug 5 stars for great responsiveness and communication. I called Jeremy after reading so many good reviews, and he recommended that I call an inspection company that they work with, named Scent Tek, which uses canines to detect bugs.

It turned out that I did not have bed bugs in my home, but both Jeff from Scent Tek and Jeremy from BABB were knowledgable, responsive, professional, and pleasant , and If I ever have a problem again I will know where to go for inspections and treatment if necessary. Thanks to you both, for making a stressful situation less so!

Jeremy was fantastic - he responded quickly to my call, was able to schedule us in short order (and then reschedule when our power went out!), he was very responsive to all of my many questions about preparing for the treatment, and completely put me at ease. Everything went smoothly on the day of the treatment, and we haven't gotten any bites since. Whew!

I rent an AirBnB room and I had a beginning of bed bug infestation for the first time.
Jeremy explained the different options to me. In this case the heat is the one to go with. Jeremy answered all the questions I need to understand the process and be prepared.
Felipe came to do the treatment a few days later.
He was punctual and kept me updated via text (I was at work) during the whole process.
A few hours later, my place was bug free :-)

Keith came to inspect and do a heat treatment on my home. My wife was there and said he gave excellent customer service and was very patient and professional. I have had the best experience with BAY AREA BEDBUG. I had keith over my house today and he was so thorough and explained everything to me. I have no doubt in my mind. My problem is gone since it takes more than one visit. I have to stay the first visit by Jeremy was the same. He was excellent. Ivan went above and beyond to treat our bed bug situation. He was professional, responsive and knowledgeable on the matter. He went out of his way to stop by our house a few days after one of our treatments just to be sure the problem was taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend Ivan and his team.

Wow, this is a terrific company! Here's my story: I purchased a new mattress two days ago and the delivery was today. After removing our old mattress, the delivery guys dropped a bombshell - they could not take it because it had bedbugs, and would not put the new mattress in. I felt shock, panic and shame. I immediately searched Google for exterminators and Bay Area Bed Bug had the highest rating. I called with the goal of "how fast can you get out here", but Jeremy said to sent a photo first. He quickly put me at ease by telling me it was a carpet beetle. When I told the mattress company they needed to come back out, they wanted an independent confirmation that it was not a bed bug. Jeremy sent me an email in no time that I could forward to them. I am sorry I didn't get a charge for his services.

Jeremy responded quickly and professionally. It helped that I could text a photo of the specimen of the bug I had found. He did his best initial assessment based on the photo, and then Keith, the technician, came for an on-site inspection. I commend both Jeremy and Keith for working with my difficult schedule and for being so communicative. They did an excellent and thorough job. I recommend them highly.

What an excellent experience all around! Nobody wants to have to call these guys. But when Jeremy picked up the phone, he patiently and thoroughly put our worries at ease. Thermal Solutions was professional, easy to work with, and experts with diagnosing our bed bug issue and treatment. I spoke with Marcel on the phone who was super knowledgeable and helpful. Jeremy came out to the house to set up all the heating equipment with care, consideration, and efficiency. I live in a large 8-bedroom Victorian house in San Francisco and he knew exactly how to prep the rooms affected. Talking with other pest control companies, one mentioned there is a risk that bed bugs can travel away from the room that is getting heated but this is simply not true. Jeremy showed us how bed bugs stay put in the area affected and don't know what's happening until it's too late, once the target heat is reached before they die. We had an infestation of at least 7 weeks, maybe more but this took care of it completely. I highly recommend Thermal Solutions to anyone who is dealing with this nuisance of a pest. My wife and I were very pleased with all aspects of the service provided by Bay Area Bed Bug in treating our home today. Ivan did a home visit a few days before the treatment to assess the situation in our home and to answer any questions we had about the heat treatment he was going to perform.
