We recently had a large Jacaranda tree removed from our front lawn, and could not be happier with Joseph and the team from Majestic. Joseph came over right away when we called him and gave us a verbal quote. We scheduled the tree removal at that time, for only a week away.
On the day of removal, Majestic's guys arrived first thing in the morning and got right to work in the rain cutting down the tree. It was done safely with ropes and harnesses, and quickly, with the tree down and disposed of in the stump grinder they had on site by mid-day.
Overall, we would highly recommend Majestic for their responsiveness, quality of work, safety, and efficiency.

Job was done quick and accurate, all branches were utilized and backyard was cleaned up. Estimation was quick and professional , contract and approval was done electronically, price was very reasonable compared to others. I do recommend this company.

Great service at a reasonable price

Quick story as to why I chose them in the first place: As a bike commuter, I ride by their staging area every day where the crew picks up their trucks and head out on jobs. They are always cautious of not blocking the street/bike lanes. When I see folks show care for the neighbourhood that they are in, I believe that they will care about the work they are going to do.

The quote was done quickly. They provided me a breakdown and made adjustments based on my asks. We were able to resolve almost everything over text message. Paid deposit on-line. They showed up at the expected time, performed the work and left the area cleaner than they arrived.

I appreciated the clear communication around what they were doing and the care and pride they seemed to have for their work. They even had to navigate street construction and ensuring that my neighbours weren't blocked by their truck.

Joseph, the site supervisor was very helpful and the whole tree removal/ trimming job was carried out by his crews efficiently and with caution!

The majestic crew was great. They were on time, followed the scope of work and cleaned up after. I’m very happy with the job they did, especially trimming the live oaks in the backyard. It was a lot of work for them, but my trees look beautiful now.

Majestic did a great job from the time Joe came to give us an estimate for the work needed. He explained just how the work would be done and his estimate was the best. Joe arrived on the scheduled day with a crew that did a fantastic job. The tree climbers were amazing how they determined how to tie off branches before sawing through them to lower them carefully to the ground crew. You could tell safety was always a concern for themselves with the gear they used and for the crew on the ground as they always made sure they were alerted before sawing each branch. The crew on the ground efficiently carried the branches as they came down to the wood chipper at the front of the house. What impressed us even more was how the crew really seemed to enjoy the job they were doing. Everything was cleaned up at the end. We definitely will be using Majestic for our future needs.

Straightforward, get a quote, they will show up and do the job and clean up after. Payments and quotes are digital which is great.
Only other feedback I have is I had to call and confirm the appointment (first time it also had to get moved) and when the workers would show, would like better communication.

I’m very happy with the work this team did. They were professional, efficient, and left everything clean. The boss Joseph b was present the whole time, supervising carefully, and the crew was polite and well-coordinated. They even helped with a few extra things, which I really appreciated.

They didn’t cut corners and took their work seriously. I’m not writing this as a favor — they truly did a great job, and I think others can trust them too. It’s hard to find people who work this thoroughly with such a good attitude. Highly recommended!

Just had our city tree and two trees in the back trimmed by Majestic Tree Service. This is the second time we have used them and will continue to use them in the near future. Joseph came out the same day we called for an estimate and the trees were trimmed two days later. The crew was great and did a great job trimming the trees and cleaning up afterwards. You can’t ask for anything more. The price was fair and the whole process went very smoothly.

These guys were very good. Prompt is the key word. They came out quickly for an estimate, then scheduled the job quickly, and showed up doing it in the AM, dome well and great cleanup.
