I called every single local exterminator when I discovered a bedbug in my room and these guys were absolutely the most pleasant to deal with by far. They were responsive, gave me a quote immediately over the phone, didn't make me jump through hoops to talk to someone and were direct and transparent about their offerings, pricing and schedule. They were also one of the cheapest available.

A lot of places capitalize on customers in stressful situations, making you schedule an in person consultation before giving you a quote so you're "bought in" with them, make you listen to their entire spiel about how their products are different (they're not), trying to further disempower you when you're down so you'll pay a premium for them to save you. It was absolutely maddening navigating all of this. Just call these guys and they'll get it done.

They offer heat treatment, "aprehend" fungal spray and hybrid. Their prices in 2025 for a 2,000sq ft home with 7 bedrooms was $1/sq ft for heating, $1,450 for hybrid (heating affected rooms and spraying the whole house) or $950 for just the spray.

Also when I gave their number to a friend whose house I'd worried I'd contaminated instead of just taking their money they suggested a much cheaper bedbug sniffing dog (different company) to confirm an infestation before they did any work saving my friends probably around $1,000 and lots of stress.

Anyway Fellipe was great and so was everyone else at the company we talked to and the treatment was effective! They seem younger than other companies in the game, didn't misgender anyone etc etc. Okay thats it, I can't say enough good things. choose these guys and save yourself the trouble.

their heat treatment failed. Bedbugs were found in my couch months after they performed a heat treatment, and they ruined the entryway of my home with their fans. They left a huge burn mark on the wood that caused me to lose my security deposit at the house I was renting. I’m disappointed in the service, and my life continues to be riddle by bedbug hell as a result of the negligence.

They seem to be shut down!

The timing is totally off. They display a time and 30 minutes before that, I call and they say it’s closed. The web site and bill says 6:00 pm. At 4:45 pm they say that they will close at 5:00 pm.

I am going here from last 3 years no complaints new employees are very good .. and its cheaper from all other dry cleaners ..

It has new owners now and I noticed the dry cleaning solution has too strong chemical smell, I have to leave my clothes outside ( back patio ) for few day s to remove the bad smell . It’s not environmentally friendly chemicals they use , it’s toxic, I’m looking for a new cleaning company , been with the former owners for a while !!! But this one lately , I was very dissatisfied !!!

Well 3 star is kind of high for service and response time. Never experienced a 7 days for turn around. Quality of work is so so. Looks like the owner put mother to man the store

I had just moved back to Danville and my friend took me to Park Avenue Cleaners. They were wonderful, timely and their prices were second to none. Friendly and efficient. I then moved to San Ramon and had a hard time finding them. I just did and will be back to see them tomorrow. I am so excited.
They are the best cleaners in this whole area. I highly recommend them. Love to support the local industry.

Horrible experience. Would give a zero star but the system won't let me do that. Men suit jacket was damaged - several cuts on the sleeve. customer service was really bad, was informed that ownership has been changed to xpress cleaners in Dublin. Have been trying to talk to the owner for more than a month. Have left numerous messages but no one has contacted me back. Beware.. don't go for cheap rates one damage to a nice jacket will offset all your cost savings.

Horrible dry cleaners would not recommend. First they ripped my cuff on my shirt and the lady at the front desk said nothing about my shirt getting damaged even though the tag had a damage reported on it. The shirt was brand new and I was never able to wear it, secondly, they take forever to dry clean and their work is just not great. Basically I paid 12$ to lose a 60$ shirt great business model they are running

Have been going the for 10 years. Normally good service. However a new person there is a problem. Leaves notes on door saying she will be back "soon". I happened to arrive, it was closed. I was walking away when she came by saying "did you not read the notice". I explained that I did not know how long 'soon was'. 1 minute to 1 hour... She got very annoyed, then said my clothes were not ready yet. It's been over a week and a half! Hope the owner does something about this and gets a more customer friendly person.

Mustafa cleaned our mattress and his service was excellent. We will definitely have him for other cleaning services for my home. Price was very reasonable.

Mustafa is very professional. He gave us a free estimate on the same day I called. He did amazing job on our carpet cleaning. I definitely would recommend him to others.

Mustafa is everything his reviews claim him to be. He was friendly, upfront, and did a very thorough job. I'm really happy with how the carpets and rug came out. I've paid less before for the same work, but you definitely get what you pay for, because the carpets have never come out this nicely. It was well worth the cost. I definitely recommend him!
