I scheduled a service one week in advance. They said they were going to be here between 8AM and 10AM. And when they didn't arrive, I called and the lady on the phone said they had contacted me several times to let me know that they cannot make it. I never received any such call(s) from them letting me know. How cheap and unprofessional are their services and commitment !

Best number to call for carpet cleaning services! I’ve tried others, and these guys are the most thorough yet, and don’t have too much of a price or schedule issues (the 7 days service helps a lot). Recommend.

They expertly cleaned all the surfaces, applied mold retardant products, and taught us how to keep the mold spores from re-spreading in the house. Great job!

While the carpet was dirty, I’d seen how they cleaned furniture and tiles as well as a few rugs at a neighbor’s house, so surely my relatively dirty carpet wasn’t going to give them any real problems. Arranged for carpet cleaning on Sunday. Spent time saturday moving furniture and clearing space. Called and left a message on saturday night saying they need to reschedule to other day. I could not talk to them on saturday but talked to them on Sunday. Spent 3-4 hours arranging and cancelling service last minute is not good. The customer service hanged the phone as well.

Gave me an offer, and delivered on it. Mold’s completely gone, and the rug doesn’t really show any real damage.

Hired to do some room cleaning work that involved cleaning the carpets, sofas, and the floor tiles too, including the grouts between the tiles that can accumulate a lot of dirt. Everything turned out great and the tiles have a polished look that’s fantastic.
