We recently bought a new home and the carpets were very dirty. I can’t believe what an amazing job these guys did! The carpet looks brand new! They were friendly and professional. I highly recommend their services!

A customer brought their puppy into our hotel and it made a little mess on our lobby carpet. We found this company online and they had no trouble getting rid of the stain. Our manager was so pleased with their outstanding service he asked me to leave them a positive review.

Our puppies aren’t fully trained yet, so we had this company come to clean our carpets. Wow! What a fantastic job! We appreciate that they used safe, non-toxic materials and definitely plan to use them again.

Although I use a lint removal brush every day on the couch, I could never get rid of the dog's fur. It was everywhere. But no more! Getting a professional cleaning service to remove the pet hair was a great decision. With a powerful vacuum cleaner and proper attachments, the hair is all gone. So thankful!

Great work provided for carpet cleaning and stain removal for an old sofa. Had old stains so didn’t know how much they could get out but results are quite good and the sofa looks much better, as do the carpets. Good job

Christian Brothers has been cleaning our windows for years, always performing above and beyond. The whole house is brighter since they did their magic today. (Even the solar panels glisten!). The views from the skylights are so crisp!

This team did a great job cleaning the carpets in our massage studio. Our carpets get a lot of stains from the massage oil used daily in our business. They pretreated & spent the time needed to get them really clean. They also worked around our operating schedule. I'd definitely recommend & will use them again.

Call them on a Monday they were here on Saturday had very stained carpets due to kids explain to them that I where I was in the process of selling my home they were able to restore my carpet back to new. I would recommend them over any other cleaning services that I’ve used in the past especially Stanley Steemer they are the best if I can write them a 10 I would give them a 10 awesome job guys.

They couldn’t clean dirt from shoes and coffee out of my carpet. Charged $250. Landlord had another company come in, they removed it all successfully and only charged $125. Would mention the other company’s name but don’t want this to seem like a fake review. Very disappointed because I’ve tried calling them just to find out the cleaning supplies used and no one has answered.

If you live in the area I highly recommend using them. This is the second time we have had them clean our carpet. We have a basset hound who slobbers and sheds like crazy so the carpet was the opposite of clean. They were flexible, showed up exactly when we needed them to, and did an amazing job for a decent price!

I've used Diablo Carpet & Floor Restoration several times from cleaning my carpet to my couch. They are professional and provide tremendous quality. They restored my 10 years old couch to make it look like new. They repaired my carpet ripples and got out some nasty stains. In addition, they take care to put corner guards and wear shoe covers to ensure they keep the house in great condition. I would give Diablo Carpet & Floor Restoration my highest recommendation!

I would give them 7 stars if I could! The carpet tech was prompt, courteous, and respectful of my property. He did a great and thorough job deep cleaning my recliner, couch and carpets. It’s been 6 days and the odor has not returned. All cleaned surfaces were dry within 6 to 8 hours, which was a pleasant surprise given past experiences with other companies. I am truly pleased and am definitely recommending them to anyone looking for pet odor and stain removal from any upholstery or carpet items!

Jack and his team are spectacular! Miguel and Adriano cleaned my carpets and did an excellent and very thorough job. I found Diablo Carpet through my previous property manager who used their services for carpet cleaning before I moved in - 1 year later the carpets still felt soft and smelled clean. Martin was absolutely wonderful! He did a great job on our carpets, area rug and marble bathroom floor. This is the second time he’s cleaned our house and we’ll definitely have him back again. Would highly recommend!

Diablo Carpet has an excellent multi step process that leave your carpet ultra clean, smelling fresh and looking great. They clean area rugs also.

Quoted a price, they came and cleaned, then changed the price after it was done. Dishonest.

Very bad service! For 500$ that was supposed to be a full clean of the house before moving in they did nothing.
Maybe vacuumed the top floor, the most.
After asking them to come again and finish what was supposed to be done, they vacuumed downstairs a little.
Very disappointed! Will never use it again and will never refer this company to others.
