My carpet was heavily soiled with pet urine. The technician was able to clean my carpet and it looks new. Great job!!!!

We have pets which include a dog and three cats. Recently the more elderly of our cats decided that our carpet was a really good place to use as a bathroom. I called P&G in the hopes they would be able to salvage our carpeting because our only other option was to start over which would be very expensive. Much to my delight not only were they able to clean the entire house but they were able to take down and out all of the cat urine which had soaked all the way through to the pad. They salvaged $20,000 worth of carpeting and I am truly grateful for their expertise.

We have been using them for years and love them. Very clean, dries faster than steam cleaning, professional company to work with. I am planning to call them within a week to get my carpet cleaned again.

We called for an appointment and received their service within 48 hours.
I was concerned with toxic chemicals and the smell that might linger In the home afterwards.
They assured me there were no toxic chemicals and upon completion there was no
lingering smell. The carpets were cleaned expertly including a large area rug.

Booked them several weeks out and scheduled a date and they gave me a time window. No show, no call. I finally got in touch with them after my appointment time had passed and they were not even on the way or had any intention to contact me and let me know of any delays. Very unreliable. Rescheduling with another vendor.

I hav been putting off having carpets cleaned so definitely Sean had his work cut out for him. He showed up on time, very professional. w ork done in 2 hours for 2 rooms and a sofa.

Service was great, the technician took his time and carpets dried so quickly! Cost was less than what I was quoted on the phone which was also nice. A few spots didn’t come out, but overall a good experience.

We needed an upholstered chair cleaned that a visiting dog barfed all over leaving a nasty smell. Sean did a terrific job and the chair looks and smells new again. Great helpful advice for drying out the chair on a cool damp day was appreciated. Will certainly use them again

Carlos was fabulous, the multi-step 2 hour process is the best, the carpet is like new, the mild fragrance is pleasant. I have had carpet cleaners for years who use hoses with water and do one pass and take off in 45 minutes; always felt there was stinky residue. For the same price. Thanks.
