We recently had Third Heaven Landscape install artificial lawn.......and so far we are very happy with the end result. We also found Juan and his staff to be professional, hard working, honest, and thorough/detailed. They arrived on time. Kept their agreements. Juan responded to all communication/text promptly and answered all questions thoroughly. We highly recommend him and his staff.

We had a major hardscape project where we created an entirely new backyard with a fire pit, dining and lounge seating, grill area, hot tub and bocce court. The team at Third Heaven was great to work with. Juan Carlos and Martin made sure everything was done to the highest standards and constantly offered suggestions based on their past jobs and experience to improve the design and product. They showed up to work everyday (unlike so many other contractors that pull their teams when they fall behind on other projects) and even worked a weekend when they were rained out one day. I received three quotes for this big job and their price was very competitive. They were on schedule and on budget. We are thrilled with our new space. I highly recommend to have them look at any outdoor project you may have.

We had Juan and his crew out to install a Trex railing system. Juan's price was fair. He had excellent project management and communication skills. He was able to complete the task in a timely fashion. His crew was prefect. They arrived on time daily, worked consistently and cleaned up at the end of each day. We found one small problem which they immediately resolved. Happy to recommend this business and support local!

As a longtime homeowner, with a late DIY spouse, I can say I know something about construction.
When I decided I needed a retaining wall on my country property, I happened to see Third Heaven Landscaping's website. On meeting Juan Carlos for the first time, I was impressed with his grasp of my situation and my needs.
I expect excellence in a construction project. Third Heaven Landscape delivered!! Juan Carlos listened to me and created exactly when I wanted. This included grading some existing berms around my house that will help me mow with greater safety in the spring.
The crew were on time everyday. They were courteous, tidy, helpful, and considerate of what was my coming and goings during the 3 1/2 week process. It was a 100' retaining wall. Supplies, materials and working machines were available to the crew continuously. They put in full days.
My recommendation is to hire third Heaven Landscape. It is well worth the cost when the final project is delivered.
Finally, the project ran very smoothly, the process for the flow of work was well thought out. You will be happy with your new home improvement forever.

Juan and his crew were absolutely wonderful, Juan gave us landscaping ideas and over 1 1/2 days his men cleared, trimmed, cleaned and replanted both our front and backyards .. when they left the drip irrigation was repaired, and working.. the cleanup and transformation is perfect.. 10/10 thanks John and Jeannie

Third Heaven did an extensive job for me on a new construction project in Pebble Beach. In addition to the irrigation and landscaping, they installed custom fence work, stone patio cladding, and oversized stone pavers. They did exceptional work on time and on budget. I was very pleased with their workmanship and professionalism.

Juan and his crew were incredibly helpful from start to finish on my new backyard patio (flagstone patio around an existing firepit). The job was technical and required skill and precision. Juan was very helpful and knowledgable with the planning and design. The job was finished in a few days with his hard-working staff. We are very happy with the whole process and highly recommend him and his company.

We hired Third Heaven for two major projects and some small tasks including yard maintenance over the last 7 years. Juan Carlos and all his crew members were very professional and hardworking. One of the major projects (deck extension) required a permit and bureaucratic paperwork/inspections from the city. Juan Carlos knew exactly what to do, and completed the project on time. The other major project was landscaping. See the attached photos of before (2007) and after (2023). We were absolutely happy with their work.

Fabulous experience ! From start to finish Juan Carlos and staff made our backyard a beautiful usable space ! Juan Carlos had great suggestions and advice along the way.
