Juan Carlos finished a complete overhaul of my backyard and driveway. I figured since I was stuck at home for forever, let me enjoy it inside and out!

He listened to me. Helped me to stay within my budget. Designed it perfectly (I am a city girl and incapable of thinking on the outside) and I couldn’t be happier.

Update: it’s been a year and I continue to get compliments on how wonderful my yard looks (it does look great) and we are now going to do my front yard! I’ve referred a number of people to him. All referrals love my yard and are equally impressed that it still looks amazing.

Update #2. Juan Carlos and crew revamped my front yard!!! Gorgeous patio/deck and classy ground. So many compliments. Love it. Continue to love my backyard and have recommended Third Heaven to many friends and neighbors, all of who are equally thrilled with their work.

Updates 3-6: they are my go-to for all my landscaping and fencing needs. If there's an emergency situation, like your fence is hanging by a thread after getting battered by a wind storm, Third Heaven Landscaping will fix it.

I had been having a terrible time finding a contractor to landscape my back yard. I finally found Juan Carlos and Third Heaven landscaping. He was incredibly responsive and bid the job within a couple days. His bid was fair and started work about 2 weeks after I gave him the green light - he didn't start earlier because he had to order in some supplies.

The work was done quickly and professionally. He communicated throughout the job and worked with me to make sure the project was completed just the way I wanted it.

I can't say enough good things about Juan Carlos and his team. Wonderful people who do wonderful work.

Third Heaven Landscape did a fantastic job in our backyard! We bought our home in Feb of this year, and our VERY large backyard was never landscaped! We started with a clean slate, weeds, dirt, and a vision of what we wanted the result to be. We contacted several contractors for bids; Juan Carlos' delivery, professionalism, and presentation on the scope of work, along with the 3D renderings to help bring our vision to life, made us feel confident in our decision. Only a few 3D rendering tweaks later, the crew got started and worked hard! We were provided regular updates on their progress and notified of any schedule changes to meet the promised deadline (even with my small ideas/design changes along the way). Four months later, our yard is welcoming and entertaining to friends and family! We've hosted parties on our backyard patio and seating areas and cooked in our outdoor kitchen! We are so pleased we went with Third Heaven Landscape and will be reaching out to them later for future projects!

Third Heaven Landscape did my front yard a year ago and now just completed my backyard. Once again, they did a fantastic job that was fair priced and professionally done. Juan Carlos is easy to work with and gives full disclosure on the project. The only surprise is how good the project looks when they finish.

I think the biggest complement you can give someone is referring them to your friends and that’s what my wife and I have been doing. Third Heaven was the best experience we could ever hope for. Juan was professional and caring throughout the whole process. He listened to our likes and goals and came up with great designs for both our front and back yards. Our neighbors and friends that have seen our yards love it. His team did a great job and were professional, polite and clean. Juan was very open to our ideas and changes and provided his advice when appropriate. Even though he wasn’t there everyday he checked in on us and made us feel like he was aware of the progress and was quick to respond to our needs or questions. Bottom line is we got amazing front and back yards that we really enjoy and appreciate. You don’t have to use Juan for your landscape but you should at least talk to him and hear him out. The difference in your experience could be like (Third) heaven or hell.

Juan Carlos and his crew were easy and professional to work with. Their expertise and attention to detail were impressive. We worked together to create a design that produce a beautifully unique landscape to our front yard. I look forward to working with them again as we continue to expand our project.

Third Heaven is a great landscape contractor we have hired them several times. The last project was a 10 thousand gallon rainwater collection, storage and delivery system. Third Heaven provided all the design architect sub-contracting, city permits, negotiating, inspections, material procurement and installation. System is self-contained and works good. At the completion of the job, all debris was removed. The job site was cleaned up and looks better than before the work began. Third Heaven is an excellent landscape contractor we will use again.

Incredible experience with Juan Carlos, Martin and his team. Very helpful with decision making and budget decisions, but most importantly their execution was perfect. My backyard turf project turned out exactly as expected, and I had high expectations. Couldn’t be happier with the result and our turf investment. During the process we had a couple complementary side projects arise and Juan Carlos was able to work with me quickly and reasonably to come up with quick and cost effective solutions. 10/10 experience and I’m continuing to use them for my front yard projects now!

Juan Carlos and his workers were awesome! From start to finish, Juan Carlos was always available to offer ideas, listen to us, make small changes when needed, and go above and beyond in every way. Third Heaven landscaped our front yard, putting in irrigation, plants and a fountain. Next we're asking him to help us with a variety of issues in our back yard. He is the best landscaper we've ever worked with.
