Customer service was a little frustrating. Our refrigerator abrubtly stopped cooling and I was told to turn down the freezer temp and wait 24 hours because the freezer would cool the rest of the refrigerator. That made no sense to me. It was actually warm inside and not cooling at all. Had to wait a week for someone to come out and look at it then another 18 days for the parts to be delivered. But the repairman came out installed the parts and he fixed the refrigerator. It works great. He was professional and polite. Very happy with his work.
The repairman maintained constant communication, demonstrated the finished repair and helped clean the exterior of the washer. He was very congenial.
