I called to get an elderly friend of mind a quote for building a porch for their home near Gilroy, as a friend of mine said this company does good work. This friend has reached out and not received a response. Id have to say Corey is very unprofessional and not open for receiving new business. Wouldn't recommend this service.

Dwell is our go to contractor for commercial projects because he handles plans, permitting and construction to completion.

I am a Real Estate agent and I first met Ibo about 8-9 years ago as I was recommended by others in the RE Brokerage Industry to call him about my specific needs related to Commercial Kitchen remodeling. Unfortunately, my client took all of the information Ibo shared with how to do what was needed and had a family member do the work. So, we didn't use him at that time due to circumstances outside of my control.

Then again, about 5 months ago I had another Commercial Kitchen building owner I was helping deal with a very dated and unre-certifiable kitchen space a COVID bankrupted tenant moved out of and left us a bit of a mess. After calling around, I was reintroduced to Ibo at that time.

He was again, extremely knowledgeable and cost effective in the improvements he suggested, and came in on time and on budget. Best of all, we found a wonderful new tenant that signed a lease and got approval from the Santa Clara County Health Department on the FIRST INSPECTION! I was very nervous about the inspection for reasons I won't go into, but Ibo knows what the rules are, and how to get it done in the most cost effective way...and held my hand through the process after he was done with the work.

I will definitely recommend Ibo to others for all types of construction work. You can have confidence that he will deliver what he says...and stand behind it as well.

I initially used Dwell Construction for some complex foundation work that I needed to complete while working on an addition to my home. During the process, I felt comfortable as I was advised of the necessary steps that would be taken to get the project done. As planned, the work was completed on-time and in excellent fashion. It also helped that Ibo, the owner who has been in construction for over 35 years, guided me through the entire process with ease and professionalism. Needless to say that I am 100% satisfied with the results. The work was done on-time and on- budget. Ibo also helped me to address some deck building inspection problems that I had run into on my own and his experience and guidance ultimately led me to complete my deck project and pass inspection as well. Ibo and his experienced team are extremely responsive and know how to get the job done - no matter how large or complex - in a safe, reliable, and timely manner.

The service was great. The project was completed on time and definitely to my satisfaction. They removed my 1970's florescent lighting and replaced it with crown moulding and LED lights. Additional light switches and outlets were also added to my kitchen. The high ceiling now makes my kitchen feel larger and more open. Thank you Dwell Construction.

Augustine and his crew have done a beautiful job designing, installing and maintaining the lovely waterfall in our backyard. It has received many compliments. They also made some modifications to our patio that really maximized spacing while preserving attractiveness of our yard. I highly recommend them.

Update September/2023:
There are a few crack between pavers with some settlements found in the yard. Called Augustine and he sent one of his crew member in a few days. Spent a few hours fixed the problem without charging me a penny. It shows how much he cares about his jobs he has done. Five star is well deserved.

I am happy with the work by Augustine and his team. They redid my fence, retaining wall, and leveling the yard with new paver. Augustine is not only a contractor but also an engineer with sense of beauty in my opinion. The yard has been greatly transferred, and my whole family can now enjoy the new yard.

The entire crew at Franco's General Construction was excellent to work with! I had them extend the pavers in my backyard, hook up the electrical on my new hot tub, and reseal the old pavers. Augustin, the owner, came out and did a site walk, measured, and went over the plan with my wife and I. He is very calm and really pleasant to be around. When Augustin couldn't be on site he sent his son, Anthony who is also really great to work with. The Franco's crew worked tirelessly for a week straight in 95+ degree heat to get my job done in time for the hot tub delivery. I was super impressed with the quality of work they provided. The pavers were perfect. Also, as a bonus, there were two things I needed done. I asked Augustin how much it would cost and he kindly replied, no charge!!! So let me get this straight... Franco's Construction does amazing work at very fair prices and doesn't nickel and dime you to death? Sign me right up. I will be referring everyone to Augustin, Anthony, and the entire Franco's Construction crew! Thanks guys!

These guys are awesome. I had to get my outdoor of the house cleaned on a short-notice. I called them and they were able to help quickly. Their work, communication was amazing. Their cost was reasonable too. I highly recommend them.

The atmosphere is good for shopping because of the friendly and kind employees

Twice, we were told that an associate 8s coming to help us but they did not show up. Ended up leaving without getting help.
