I am doing a bathroom remodel and need finished materials. At my contractor's recommendation, I secured an appt with Bao Duong. He was very personable and the consummate professional whose knowledge re: products, finishes, installation considerations, etc... was extremely helpful and made the process easy and, dare I say, enjoyable. I secured vanities, shower heads, a linear drain, faucets, and other items vital to my project. Bao maintained consistent communication on availability, which was appreciated as it bested my experience with a few other vendors. I also found the pricing fair and reasonable as I price-checked many items to ensure I received a fair deal. I wholeheartedly recommend Sincere Home Decor due to the exceptional service provided by Bao. Thanks again, Bao!

Had a great experience working with Bao for my kitchen/bathroom cabinet upgrade (to Omega). He is very responsive and works quickly. He never pushed us for making the order. When I told him that we were not 100% sure about the spec of the kitchen in March he asked us to wait until our contractor started working on the kitchen and confirmed all the spec (although there was no change to the design). We finally ordered the cabinets in May after comparing to many other brands and stores. They offered good price and service.
Looking forward to the delivery and installation of the cabinets and will update this review again.

I had a fantastic experience working with Thinh to design and purchase cabinets for my whole house remodel. Thinh helped me with many parts of my house, including my kitchen, bathroom vanities, dining room built-ins, and family room bookcases. Over months, Thinh worked patiently to get all the details right. For example, he added baseboards around the bottom of my island so that the wood is flush all the way to the floor. He also added overlay panels to create flush cabinet faces. These details are what make our house look fancy and Thinh was the expert who got us there. He patiently went over all the decisions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that we got all the available discounts. Lastly, during and after install, Thinh answered all of my questions and resolved any issues, such as replacing trim that didn't have the right finish. Thank you!

We worked with Sincere for our kitchen cabinets. Thinh helped us design our layout and pick out colors and style of our Liberty cabinets. We are happy with the end product.

I would like to highlight the help and professionalism that we received from Thinh. We ran into some logistical issues and Thinh was able to guide us through the recourse. He was extremely understanding of our situation and fought for us to get the product that we wanted.

We had a great experience with Sincere for our kitchen cabinet purchase. Mashal did multiple design revisions based on our inputs and feedback and we finally decided on the Liberty Line with a two color scheme. The cabinets came quickly and you can tell they are solidly constructed. There were a few minor damages occured during shipment and were promptly addressed by Mashal and his manager. Overall excellent customer experience, especially post-sales (after they already got your money), which speaks volumes about this business.

We purchased Omega kitchen cabinets from Sincere for our kitchen remodel and their price is very competitive. We've compared with a few stores and ultimately went with Sincere for their price and customer service. Bao Duong is our main contact at Sincere and he's the best - we can’t recommend him enough! He’s knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and not pushy. He always responds promptly whenever we email or call.

We first came to the store to look at the showroom and Bao happened to be the person that asked if we need any help. I already had a layout in mind so it’s great that I could just send him my ideas and preferences via email. Bao quickly followed up with the full design and quote within the same day. We revised and eventually finalized the design over the next few weeks both via email and in-person (we were not in a rush and I wanted some time to make sure I don’t have any other changes before we finalize the order). We also came to the store again to check out color samples and different cabinet options (e.g., trash pullout, corner swing-out, etc). Bao was very patient in answering all of our questions, walking us through renderings or different options, and gave great recommendations. He’s also detail-oriented and thorough which I really appreciate.

Our cabinet delivery estimate turned out to be very accurate. No issues with the delivery itself but after we installed and inspected closer, there were a few small cosmetic defects (not Sincere’s fault). I reached out to Bao and he quickly arranged for replacements and repair work (some of the issues were small and not worth replacing the entire cabinet). Replacement items and repair work went well.

We also purchased a Kohler kitchen sink through Sincere. I’ve compared pricing from 2 of the nearest Kohler stores (including holiday discount) vs. Sincere and Sincere ended up being cheaper because they don’t charge shipping fee if you pick up from their store.

Overall, we’re super happy with our experience with Bao and Sincere and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Other staffs were also very friendly whenever we came to the store (which is not always the case with other stores)!

I wish I could give Sincere Home Decor more stars. In 2021 we bought all our kitchen cabinets from them and working with them was amazing. Cabinets were delivered just as expected for timing and quality. We needed more pieces and Thinh was great getting us the extra trim. We love our cabinets and the quality has held for these five years. On top of that experience, we just ordered a Fluerco medicine cabinet from them this Fall for our bathroom remodel. The price was comparable to other places I looked up, and on top of that we got excellent customer service. The cabinet was delivered earlier than I expected and in pristine condition. We lost the shelf pegs during the bathroom remodel. Completely our fault, but Sincere and Thinh contacted Fluerco, and got us pegs for the shelves shipped to our home. I wish I could give this company and Thinh more stars. Our experience with them has been phenomenal both times.

The Switch to the overhead kitchen light wasn't working and caused other problems. The outlet for the deep freezer was dead as a result. The Neko electrician diagnosed the problem and quickly changed out the switch. A plug in wire had come unplugged from the old switch. He explained that the springs that hold the wires plugged in would become weak over time due to heat and vibration. Rather than replug the wire in the old switch, he installed a new switch. The current problem, no pun intended, was solved, as were future problems with the old switch. He was quick to respond with a scheduling, showed up at the appointed time, was very professional and personable. Nico will be my go-to for electrical needs in the future. Thank you very much.

We recently finished a total garage overhaul in San Jose, and the results are incredible. We went from a drafty, bug-prone storage space to a fully finished living area just in time for our son’s 2nd birthday. We needed a clean, safe spot for floor hockey, and we got so much more.

Parviz (our main contractor) was the MVP of this project. He managed a massive scope: a full demo to the studs, beautiful epoxy flooring, recessed lighting, and a new attic space for storage. He even handled the technical stuff like replumbing for a new water heater and our first-ever water softener.

- The Space: I now work full-time from the garage. It houses my office, our Peloton, and a mounted TV. It’s comfortable and bug-free!

- Communication: While the third-party vendors were sometimes a bit difficult to deal with, Parviz was an exceptional single point of contact. He was always responsive, especially when we needed clarity on water shut-off times and scheduling.

If you want a contractor who stays on top of the details and actually cares about the final product, ask for Parviz.

I just had Done Right Builders remodel my kitchen. I spent a lot of time interviewing contractors and what made them stand out from all the rest was their attention to details and they really made me and my wife feel heard. Our project managers were Aviad and Eliad and they really are the dream team. From the initial designs all the way through construction they were right there with us guiding us through all the difficult decisions we needed to make.
