We were very happy with Sheri and the Blue Ox Team! They were respectful and professional. They did everything we asked them to do and were very responsive. So glad we decided to use them to trim our backyard fruit trees!

We hired Blue Ox to trim back our trees in the backyard. They did a great job and were very reasonably priced. Would definitely hire them again for future service.

I have hired Sheri and the Blue Ox team twice now to trim large trees and remove small trees in my yard. Sheri was on-time with meetings to provide quotes, and was able to slot me in pretty quickly after initially thinking it might be a few weeks out. The team arrived on time and performed the work quickly as promised. They did a good job of cleaning up as well. Blue Ox pricing is very competitive and provides a great value for tree services.

One of the best experiences I've had with a service company of any kind. They responded immediately and scheduled a walk through. When David arrived, he had an ipad with him, and as we walked around our yard discussing tree trimming needs, he took photos, made observations and suggestions, and answered all my questions. He is personable, genuine, upbeat, and great to work with. The team is friendly, and they did a fantastic job with the trimming. I was 100% happy. We asked for significant trimming for many trees, and they did a great job shaping remaining branches to look natural and pleasing. I interviewed several tree service companies before choosing Monster Tree Service. They were actually a little less expensive than others, but I chose them for their evident expertise, communication skills, friendliness, and professionalism. They arrived on time and finished early. We are very happy we hired them. I give them my highest recommendation.

DO NOT USE! How to go from a healthy tree that was supposed to be thinned out so it to a ruin of a tree within a year. Dave came out last year and took pictures to show his crew how to cut specific branches to lighten and thin the tree - all provided in an estimate with images.

The non-english speaking crew came a couple days later, and started working on this - I should have stayed outside with them - because later when I was told they were done, THE TREE WAS BUTCHERED, not only were most of the branches removed but the WHOLE TOP OF THE TREE was radically taken off without consideration for the growth of the tree - BUT I was told since Dave thought is was actually a bush not a tree it would recover.

Well, it did not, and actually is a tree not a bush, and when I called Dave back not even a year later, to show him, how the butchered limbs had died off over, he told me there was too much water in the soil and the whole trunk was bad. Nothing had changed from the last 30 years when the tree was thriving. And the one spot that he showed me was actually still growing - the part I prevented them from cutting branches last year.

He scheduled to have the crew come out again to remove the dead branches which now presented a hazard for the electrical and phone wiring. As the crew showed up, the foreman and myself showed them the pictures Dave had provided to remove. I was asked to please move my car, which took about 5 min, and when I came back found a non-english speaking guy with the chainsaw in the tree removing HEALTHY BRANCHES - NOT THE ONES HE WAS SHOWN BY THREE PEOPLE.

By then it was too late, the tree is now a butchered ruin of its former self with barely any branches left, all provided shade gone and at this point we are not sure it is going to recover at all from this. I had a different arborist come out a couple of days later, to assess the tree.

I have never worked with a company that not only did not acknowledge when they messed up but also started blaming everything else about the mess up. The foreman was telling me the crew never listened to him anyway, AND I should mention that to Dave, and the rest of the guys laughed and didn't care.

The second arborist actually knew what he was talking about and helped seal the open tree wounds, which every tree nursery I called told me to do to protect the rest of the tree, especially when you cut huge limbs, despite Dave telling me it is not being done, and his crew told me it was not on the work order.

Seriously crap when you rely on a service and expertise. Pictures below tell the story. I guess they are good if you want to remove a tree BUT NOT USE THEM if you want your tree to live.

Their professionally trained Critical Environment staff, is a car load of poorly trained "janitors". Their industry leading technology- a water cooler on wheels..
Disappointing and a controlled environment nightmare.

We used Ran to pressure wash our drive way and do a deep cleaning of our carpet. Our carpet had urine stains from our old dog.
He did an Amazing work. The carpet is as new, with good smell and no memory of the stains and bad scent. Our drive way looks much much better. Would highly recommend.

Ran Maron is a true professional. We had a few items with delicate fabrics to clean including a sofa armchair and carpet. Ran was knowledgeable and punctual, and made our items look like new. He was very reasonable with pricing and was pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.

Ran did a great job cleaning our sofas and outdoor furniture with professional equipment, and everything looks great again. He also fixed our main door that wasn’t latching properly and causing us issues for some time. He was professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. I would definitely recommend him.
