I called to follow up about a skipped recycling cycle after reporting it 3 times through an online ticket and a follow up email. The trash was skipped yesterday on the entire street, so I called to inquire about that.

Customer service with Monique was a bit of a headache to deal with today. I understand that she does not have the power to speak for the drivers, but it was not very professional to put the blame on me with, “ You should have asked to speak to the supervisor. We have no way of knowing.” when I reminded her that I had actually notified customer service about the missed pickup more than once.

I get that the stress of dealing with that sort of mess is the name of the job, but the passive aggressiveness was uncalled for.

Emily was wonderful and helpful on the phone the last time I called customer service, though.

Excellent communication and great customer service. I have been working with Emily, Gina, Nicole, Letty and Coco and they have help me solve problems, explain processes and procedures and made it easy to do business with Milpitas Sanitation. I have gotten my debris boxes within 24 hours, pick up of debris boxes within 24 hours and worked with my company to solve delivery problems caused by my contractors. Easy to work with and they explain things in easy to understand processes. They understand my requirements and always delivered debris boxes where we required them. Highly recommend their service. Never had a problem with them.

If you have ANY other option, I recommend it. We have had nothing but problems since we hired them. Missed pick ups weekly, throwing our recycling can in their truck and driving away (got that on camera), over charging for services not performed, and continuing to charge for services that were cancelled. On top of that, when you call to remedy the situation, they make your concerns seem trite and do not resolve issues expeditiously.

Emily (I think that is her name) who answered my call. Did an outstanding job of taking care of my problem in a short time. I hope senior management will recognize Emily for dedication to customer support. Wishing all at Milpitas Sanitation many blessings of good health, happiness and success for 2026.

Great local business!! Junk bees was so flexible, on time, and efficient. Price is also very reasonable. They even came back the next day when I realized I forgot to ask them to take everything! I 100% will use them whenever I need junk removed.

Justin and his team were amazing!!! I called at 8 AM with an urgent request and they were able to show up at my place within two hours. They carefully took out all of the items I requested from my apartment and efficiently packed them into their truck to minimize the cost.

I was so pleased with the service I received from Junk Bees. Justin arrived promptly and his team got right to work removing my old oven, which took about 15 mins total! They were also careful not to damage anything on their way out - a great job all around! I will definitely be using this company again when it comes time for another junk removal job.

I highly recommend Junk Removal Haulers. They came the same day I called. Justin was easy to communicate with. They did an incredible job of removing an extra large pergola, 24 feet long. It was 93 degrees that day. They did an outstanding in3.5 hrs completed it. The pricing is competitive and fair for high quality they do. I was very impressed by Justin and his company. If I have more large item hauling in future,I’m going to call JRH.

Justin took my call last minute after the city of San Jose never picked up my trash that I scheduled to pick up… lol He was amazing to work with and gave me a free estimate before coming and the price was more than reasonable! I will definitely use this company again.

My wife originally found Aztec Tree Services on Facebook while we were looking for someone to handle a massive tree on our property that was getting a bit out of control. We had reached out to a few places, but Aztec stood out immediately because of how responsive they were. Whether it was a text or a phone call, they actually picked up or got back to us right away, which is rare these days.
On the day of the job, the team actually arrived a few minutes early, which we really appreciated.

It’s clear right from the jump that these guys are pros—they didn’t just start hacking away; they clearly knew the right way to prune such a large tree to keep it healthy while making it look great. They had all the right equipment and worked efficiently as a team.
We are very pleased with the final result. The tree looks fantastic and is much more manageable now. They also did a great job cleaning up the debris afterward, leaving our yard in good shape.

We asked to keep the trunks be cut on a certain way for our yard and the wood chips for our plants in the backyard…they did!
