Missed collections, ridiculously sized bins, expensive.

They missed my trash .... I have to call the have them come to re-pick. Hope they do it by tomorrow or I will call back.

Very disappointed with the new garbage bin, way too small and if I want to order a larger one I have to pay more ? Not a good idea.

They didn't do their job to collect all cardboards. Instead, they made the street in a mess. Such a lazy man!

Sometimes they pick up the garbage on garbage day. Sometimes you have to call them and remind them the trash is still out front a day or two later.

I flatten the cardboards that won’t fit in the small half bins for recycling and that’s not picked up. Why did the previous council and mayor sign these long term contracts?

Smaller cans for a higher price, garbage that fell from can and not into truck was left out on the street and not picked up. Residual leaves left in my green bin after dump.

With a family of 8 it is VERY inconvenient to separate our garbage. Not to mention the containers are separated and small. I absolutely hat them. So glad I'm moving and will no longer have to deal with the nonsense.

Bad customer service, high prices and limited garbage pickup.
Much lower quality service and higher price compared to the previous company. Something is rotten in the City of Milpitas.

Latest rate increase of over 9 percent. Republic was so much better. No sure why Milpitas switched.
