They offer atrocious service that's completely unacceptable. Don't waste your time with them, as they have no qualms about taking your money. They'll deliberately only address partial problems, then return for additional charges. Unfairly, they also charge overtime by visiting after hours. Stealing from desperate customers during a pandemic is particularly egregious. Fixing our AC was a devastating financial blow; we're struggling to provide basic necessities while their company drained thousands of dollars from us.
