I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike Aashori, owner of GCA Construction, for a replacement driveway and a concrete area installation for my new air conditioning system. I hired GCA Contractors to pave my 770 sf. driveway and I was very happy with the results from Mike and the team.
The project, which took five days from start to finish, involved demoing the old driveway, removing a 300 lbs partial exposed boulder laying 4" concrete with crushed stone and rebar, all while carefully navigating large tree roots to ensure the integrity of our 80 year old tree. Jose, the onsite foreman demonstrated his extensive knowledge and attention to detail, grading the walkway for proper water runoff and identifying when a step would be better than a steep downhill slope.
Communication was excellent throughout the project. Mike kept me informed daily, either by stopping by, texting, or calling, showing his close involvement and oversight. Mike was always aware of Jose's suggestions on site and the work being done.
The team is always quick to offer multiple solutions to any unforeseen issues, explaining potential costs, and informing me about long-term versus short-term outcomes.
Overall, GCA Contractors delivered high-quality work at a reasonable price. They were professional, courteous, and trustworthy, and I would definitely recommend them for any upcoming projects. In fact, l've already asked them to bid on a stucco job for me.

GCA Construction did an excellent job with our sidewalk and driveway replacement. They were very professional and collaborative throughout the project. We recommend their work to anybody in need of concrete work!

We had some raised concrete from tree roots that had to be removed and re-poured. They came out and quickly fixed the problems so that people would not trip. We called on a Tuesday and the repair was completed by Friday. Mike was very pleasant and accommodating to our schedule. I give him very high marks!

We needed someone to get on board with us and rebuild a new driveway and curb cut, and Mike was quick to respond with a great quote. He communicated promptly with us from beginning to end and the end result dramatically changed the front of the house. We're delighted we had the chance to work with Mike.

At first this company was very responsive. Probably to get our business. After 2 weeks of demolishing the bathroom and bedroom they stopped showing up to work. We were told the project would take 3 to 4 weeks but in actuality it took 4 months.. with constant lying from them that it would be done the next week. The homeowners were told that the fixtures bathtub, sinks, faucets for shower, sinks and tub were to be provided by us. All these fixtures were purchased before the floor tiles were finished hoping the would get the hint we needed this work done promptly. The tub was inspected by both the homeowner and the plumber to determine the exact location of the tub and it was in perfect condition. Those items sat in the middle of construction for months. With constant phone call and more lies from the contractor. After our constant pushing to get the tub installed the contractor called and told us that the tub was cracked and we would have to purchase another one. At this point we had moved out of our home so there was no one there but the construction workers. The contractor refused to take responsibility for the damage and had the tub reglazed. Then it took several more weeks to have the tub installed.
We are very unhappy with this company and if we had known that it would take 4 months to finish our projects we would have put a contingency clause in the contract. Please be very careful if you consider this company to do any work for you. They are very unprofessional and will never be truthful.

First, I want to start out saying that Eric D was the reason I went with Mega Construction. He is honest, fair and extremely knowledgeable about the business. Him and his team take pride in their craftsmanship; I recently hired Mega to do a 3 room remodel for me in Westlake Village, CA. I am thrilled with the work they accomplished in a reasonable amount of time. For me, it was a great experience; I am hiring Mega again for an ADU unit project that will start in 1 1/2 years. Look no further, he's your guy...........................

Mega Construction is outstanding!

They did an excellent job. Communication was superior. I added some additional parts in the middle of our remodel project and they completely made everything happen.

Also, Bob was particularly most helpful in every part of the project. He truly cared about making me happy, and his team of people were most pleasant, professional and clean. He also was always accessible by phone and in person whenever I needed anything.

Mega Construction was also priced very reasonable, as I got multiple estimates.

I am extremely happy with Mega Construction and would use them again any time. I highly recommend them for any repair project or remodel project.

Once again, I had a chance to work with Mega construction and once again, they did not disappoint. I had an unfortunate incident happen at my home that calls me to have to replace three windows in my home. Not only did Measure construction work within my budget again. They were punctual and work with me to get the best I’ll come for me. They replace one window and fixed another window and also close one completely making a wall all done very professionally and I’m very satisfied with the outcome. I would not hesitate to work with this company for more of my construction needs.

Very personable family owned business. The owner shared invaluable knowledge. I had them do the rebuild as well after they dried out our home. The owner has been a general contractor for many years so he readily guided us through a kitchen rebuild after a dishwasher mishap.

After the necessary asbestos testing, they worked to remove all the damaged walls, insulation, carpeting, and furniture. They continued throughout the weekend, setting up equipment until all was thoroughly dried, avoiding any mold.
