I hated my garage floor! It had stains, spilled paint, dried blood, and was totally disgusting. I had wanted the concrete floor coating for some time, but I procrastinated until last Tuesday. Matthew and Andres showed up right on time and walked me through the process. They were so pleasant and professional and went above and beyond for me. Because it was going to rain, they made sure that my three appliances were tightly covered with tarps. It was amazing that they did the whole thing in one day! I couldn't ask for better people.

My garage floor is now gorgeous and all the neighbors are impressed! I picked the blue floor to match my house. If I had this beautiful and comfortable floor when my kids were younger, all their sleepovers would have been in the garage. I highly recommend Allbright Painting. Allbright team was fantastic. Punctual, clearly communicated each step of the process, explained to me what to expect. When the team left the job, all the dirt was cleared so much so that I actually wipe the floor with my hand to see if there was any trace of dust and it was pristine. Allbright did an amazing job on my old dingy garage floor, I went with the Smoke flake and it looks and feels like a new garage! Jake did a great job of explaining the job and options during an on site visit and the team was able to move quickly to get the job going. I now have a product that I feel confident I can work on my bikes and cars without getting nasty concrete stains and chips.

The transformation of our front driveway has been amazing. Definitely a much better option than painting and/or staining, which only lasts for a year or two before peeling begins. Allbright did out back yard pool decking almost 2 years ago and looks brand new even now. The front transformation will complete the project. Photo shows new driveway and a portion of the old look from the walkway which will be completed this coming week.

Garage Polyurea Floor Coating

Andres and Jose worked all day to prep and coat my garage floor. They answered all of my questions and contacted HQ when needed. Everything went well. The finished product is beautiful. It inspires me to keep my garage clean, neat, and uncluttered. The flakes distributed evenly across the floor giving uniform look. I have hired Allbright for other painting projects. They are consistent with the quality of work and emphasis on customer relations.

It was a great experience working with the ALLBRRIGHT Team. I was planning on going with epoxy originally but decided to try ALLBRIGHT’s polyurea concrete coating instead. Everything came out looking great and I’m very satisfied with my garage floors!

First off, thank you the the Allbright team for an amazing job from beginning to end. They are a top notch team with a top notch floor coating product.

Allbright coated my garage floor using a polyurea (Polyaspartic) coating and the finished product looks amazing! The entire team was a pleasure to work with. Starting with Jake, he is an excellent salesman and was able to answer all my questions. Being an engineer, I had a lot of technical questions, and Jake had no problem keeping up. One of my biggest concerns was moisture does weep up through the concrete to the surface. Anything that is resting on the garage floor would have a white colored ring around it. Even though my house is modern, built in 2006, I don’t believe the builder laid down a moisture barrier before pouring the concrete. Jake measured the moisture condition of the slab and it indicated 5.5%, which is on the high end of the scale. He recommended a moisture barrier epoxy to be applied before the polyurea basecoat. He sent me the technical datasheet on the moisture barrier and after reviewing it, I knew this product would solve my problem.

They had a cancellation and were able to start a couple of weeks after signing the estimate signed. They did some extra work, such as cleaning out the control joints that were filled in with concrete by the previous homeowner and cut the stem wall (4 inch concrete curb) at a 45-dgree angle to allow the exit door to open more. The extra work was at an additional cost. The whole job was performed by a two man crew and they worked efficiently and were more than happy to answer any questions during the application process. Overall, it took 1.5 days to complete and 48 hours to cure. The floor looks amazing. Completely different. One thing I noticed is they apply so much flake that it completely covers the dark gray basecoat. All you see is the flake. This is what you want, because this creates a slight texture to the clear topcoat so it is not slippery when wet. As for the ability to hold back the moisture and longevity of the coating, it is too early to say, but I have high hopes.

If I had to do it again, would I choose Allbright? YES!! Excellent company to work with and they have an excellent floor coating product. They took the time to properly prep the floor and fill in all cracks and voids. Epoxy or polyurea coating...which one would I recommend? Polyurea all the way, since it is much more resilient than epoxy, UV stable, less brittle, higher impact resistance, and looks far better. Not to mention, the DIY epoxy kits at Lowes or Home Depot are nothing more than glorified paint with a small amount of flake. A few of my neighbors coated their floor with epoxy and it did not last very long with areas exposed to the sun appearing yellow and many other areas are bubbling/peeling up. The polyurea coating Allbright uses is industrial strength and can only be applied by their staff of trained professionals. Trust me, this is not something you want to attempt on your own as a weekend warrior. Unless you don’t mind recoating every couple of years. You will pay more for good quality polyurea coating, but the proof will be in the longevity of the product, and ability to withstand day-to-day use.
