Rick worked on this rug for at least 2 hours straight. He prepped the cleaning area, cleaned up afterwards and did a great job in removing what could be removed. He provided tips and instructions on how to care for a wool blend area rug and was completely professional. I will use them and refer them to whoever needs this service. Sam & Sal made our old carpets look like new. The carpets smell clean & they look great. I have two linen white loveseats & they are sparkling again. Holy cow!! Sam is the nicest guy ever! Was early and got my carpet beautifully cleaned in record time! He provided great conversation and explained everything he was doing at all times. Not only that, I was cleaning something myself, and he went out of his way to help me, providing me with gloves, a tool and letting me use some of his cleaning solution to help me get it cleaned!! Sam and Sal are the best. My house was flooded from the bath tub overflowing. It soaked my carpet and walls of the house. With their equipment they were able to salvage the carpet and dry out the wall. Sam was in contact with me every day. It took four days. I will recommend them to everyone i know. They not only got the house dried out they cleaned the carpets too.

I have used this company a couple times over the past couple years and the quality of work is fantastic. Even a realtor asked about who cleaned the carpet...she was impressed as well!
