The service provided was very good. I was disappointed in the price though I felt that $295 for equipment breakdown On top of all the other charges for equipment service and paying for two people for two hours yesterday-was excessive. I expected the whole bill to be $1000 or less so I feel like it was overpriced. However Sam took that into consideration and gave me a credit back of $185! For that I am very grateful .

Great service, punctual and professional. Plus a reasonable price. Did my upholstery and a large rug, looks new! And did not try to upsale me on extras. Extremely pleasant to work with.

Excellent service. Would highly recommend this company for all your Carpet Cleaning and the Upholstery needs. The owner Sam is very friendly and very helpful and responses quickly to your inquiries. I texted on a holiday not expecting to get a call back for a few days and actually he responded to my text within minutes. He talked on the phone and he actually scheduled the work for the very next day. This is a property that was extremely filthy and it’s night and day difference after the cleaning.This was a fantastic because it was a property. I was getting ready to put on the market for sale. So thank you to everyone at this company and they’re highly recommend recommended.

Our project involved the coating of our front porch cement floor. Nate and Josh did an excellent job, were very professional and courteous. They explained the process and details of the job, the timeline for each stage and the post completion instructions for us to follow. The result was beautiful, perfect and clean! We are more than satisfied and glad to have chosen Allbright to do the job. And initially, Jake did a great job in following up with our call, estimating the cost, giving us a quote and responding to our queries. Great job team Allbright!

We are like many people that had a DIY epoxy failure on the garage floor.. after 5 years, I was tired of it flaking off & trekking through the house.. Jake gave us an estimate and pointed out pros/ cons (I appreciate the honesty).

( First side note- We have gutted and done many projects to 3 homes so far….. construction isn’t anything new to us)

We finally finished up some projects to empty the garage & got several quotes for the floor…

ALLBRiGHT was by far the highest quote, but we felt that they would do the best job, so we moved forward with the project. It was quoted for 2 days with a strong moisture barrier to control the efflorescence. They finished up in 1 day & told me they did the moisture barrier first…

(Fun fact #2 -this home had no drains for many years- we repaired EVERYTHING- it will withstand mother nature’s crazy rains now )

Moving forward…

Team was on time & polite, but like some reviewers stated, communication about what the job exactly was seemed to be confusing …it ended up all working out, so no worries at all. We get it! If you’re busy, you just go with it…

ALLBRiGHT is a local company that is fortune enough to have teams of people including office staff , advertising, and dedicated company vehicles …. I guess that is saying something!

Only time will tell if the floor stands up to their warranty, so fingers crossed!

I just had Allbright resurface my backyard concrete patio with a polyurea and color flakes coating. My patio had a DIY coating that I applied three years ago and it started blistering off. What a waste of hard work (it was more difficult than I imagined) and money. I decided to leave it up to a professional this time.

So I called Allbright since they have a great reputation and I was happy with a small paint job that they did for me in the past. The process was quick and easy. It began with Jimmy, who came to my home to tell me about the product, the application process, color options, the installation process, and answered my many questions. With his input, I selected a color option and received an estimate. Jimmy was friendly, and professional. There was no sales pressure whatsoever... just information. I scheduled an appointment for installation and the work was subsequently done by crew members Andres and Matthew. They proved themselves to be a couple of really talented and hardworking men. I could hardly believe that they got the job done in one day, being detailed where it needed to be. I am super happy with the result. It looks terrific! Can't wait to enjoy my next barbeque on my beautiful new patio!

From start to finish we had a GREAT experience with Allbright which is a family owned and operated business. I would definitely go with their superior coating product vs the typical floor quoting (which we had in the past). The crew was very professional and left the sight clean and tidy. They were always on time and very responsive from first contact to quote to install. After seeing their performance with the garage floor job, we are going to have them back out to repaint the exterior of our home.

If it couldn't get any better, we appreciated the nice touch of putting our 3 trash barrels across the entrance to the garage as a subtle reminder for us not to drive on the flooring before it was dried. The final bill came promptly within minutes of the job being completed and no surprise, it was clear and 100% accurate with what we'd agreed.
