RCA takes advantage of people when they are already vulnerable and in desperate need of somebody to treat them fairly in this case they received so much money from the insurance they should not have made the home owner pay out of pocket for anything but they took advantage of a homeowner who was already grieving the loss of a loved one

The entire team, project manager, plumbers, movers, floor installer, and office staff were very friendly and responsive. Every little thing I wanted done, someone took care of it.

RCA came late at night to tarp up my leaking window, removed drywall, carpet and insulation inside my home. The crew was very professional, clean and friendly. Highly recommend them!

Dana, Crissia, Uriel, Jose and their supervisor Luis were all just amazing. Professional, quick, on time, clear and timely with their communication... I would recommend them to anyone, and we will be using them for our restoration rebuild as well.

My dishwasher sprung a leak and flooded my kitchen. RCA Construction dispatched a crew with in an hour. They shut off the water, demolished for two days and dried down all wet materials. Special thanks to Toni and Joe who did an amazing job!

    Very impressed with their work!
Luis was able to get the work done well and quickly. He was able to answer my questions and was very accommodating. We were able to text back and forth as well. A very big job but Luis and his crew were able to accomplish it in a very short time

We had a catastrophic water heater leak and a great deal of water damage to be dealt with. Our panicked call to RCA was returned by Monique Tetard, who was amazingly informative, responsive, and empathetic -- and she and her colleague Emilie Turchin got the ball rolling very, very quickly with their whole team. Luis and Marco Cardenas gave us fair bids very swiftly for water mitigation and reconstruction work, and Linder Mondragon, Francisco Cardenas, and Fernando Garcia did marvelous work, very quickly and VERY carefully. An extra huge thank you to Fernando Garcia in particular, who gave us his valuable time after hours in our unusual circumstance, when we were desperate to get moving on reconstruction so our new water heater could be installed. Fernando's work was pristine, never sloppy, and still immensely quick.

We are grateful and now we have a construction team in Windsor to use for any future jobs (once we recuperate from the unexpectedness of this one). THANK YOU!

I couldn't have been more pleased with all aspects of this company. They arrived at my home within an hour of my call and stayed well into a Saturday evening to set up equipment for drying out my home. All the staff are wonderful to work with and would highly recommend them for any job large or small. Keep up the fantastic work and thank you!! Barb

Great company so far! One reason we chose RCA is because they can do the entire job after a water leak. Still have more to do but Linder, Chrissih and Francisco have did a very professional job mitigating our home. All employees have been respectful and kind.

RCA did an amazing and professional job with our mold-remediation project. Uriel and Crissia showed up and worked really diligently each day until our remediation and demolition were complete. They were pleasant, super hard-working and professional. Francisco also did a great job and Linder was a daily presence doing excellent site management. We were so pleased with their work and even our dog was sad to see them go!

Needed some plumbing work in a pinch after a leak, and RCA came through and did excellent work for me on short notice. I could not have gotten it done, and my tenants moved in without them

The workers were great. They worked very hard and efficiently. Any questions I had during the reconstruction were quickly answered, and any problems were taken care of. I would definitely recommend RCA to anyone in need of repairs or abatement.

RCA Construction has been amazing to work with. We had a horrible flooding situation that destroyed half of our home and RCA was able to start promplty and professionally and swiftly mitigate the water damage and prevent any chance of mold. Linder and Hugo were on our job and they were incredibly hard working and reassuring as I asked questions throughout. They were careful to salvage whatever they could and thorough in getting to all the damage. I highly recommend them and love that they are a caring local business. I also really liked the way their office and Monique handled scheduling and were available to answer all my questions. I am choosing RCA to continue to handle the rebuild portion of the job now because they have done such a good job with the mitigation and I iknow that their level of committment will help the job continue to progress to the finish line. Thank you RCA! ~Trish

We were introduced to RCA through our insurance agency after a sewer pipe broke below our house. Kalin reached out minutes after we hung up with our insurance agency. She continued to be helpful in explaining the situation, plan and timing. The on-site team, Crissia and Dana, have been fantastic to work with on this less than pleasant project. We would highly recommend the team and hope to work with them again - under better circumstances!

RCA tore down an old existing fence and built a beautiful new redwood fence that went between our neighbor's house and our house. The office and contractors were super nice and easy to work with. Everything from scheduling and contracts to the actually construction of the fence was fast and efficient. They did great work and used good products. Overall, my neighbor and I are very happy with our new fence and we would definitely recommend RCA to others.

Our experience with RCA has been very positive. Our first and follow-up phone calls to Kalin and Monique were not only treated promptly and professionally, they also were very sympathetic and helpful. The initial visit by Luis to review the damage and to give us a proposal also was done promptly. We approved the work to proceed based on these interactions. The first technicians Linder and Cressia then arrived and could not have been nicer and helpful. The other technicians Uriel and Jorge were also great. The job is not completed yet, but we wanted to give a review on our very good experience so far. Overall we feel we are in good hands with RCA.

Update: our project with RCA is now almost complete, and we felt an update was necessary to include comments about three of their employees, Grant, Ryan and Fernando. Grant helped us with scheduling and we appreciate his effort to keep us up-to-date on our project and to help on questions we had. Ryan installed the drywall and did an excellent job. It is always nice to see quality work being done, and you can tell he enjoys his work. Fernando then came to do the mudwork and painting. We were blown away with his skill level and attention to detail. In addition to his skills he is also one of the nicest people we have ever had the pleasure to meet. We have seen many professionals over the years and Fernando is at the very top of our list.

I was referred to RCA by my roofer after I got a new roof but still had water intrusion. Terry (I believe the owner) had Tim Wilson come to investigate and Tim had my issue figured out quickly. This was a leak I had been dealing with for many year and while others did not have the solution, Tim did. I needed to replace a slider so I asked Tim if they can do this and he agreed they could.
In less than a week my problem is solved, amazing, great communication and great construction. Adriana Jimenez was my contact for the order, billing and follow up, great team. I asked to write this review, they did not ask me. This is a great company to work with, I give them a perfect score which is unfortunately not the norm in construction. If you are considering RCA for investigation or construction I highly recommend them. And I have been involved with building for 40 years, I know the difference.

I would like to compliment Restoration Construction Abatement, LLC on their mitigation crew sent to my home.
The first to arrive Saturday evening was Juilo followed by Dana and Crissia. They all were very professional, polite and worked hard way into the early morning hours taking care of the water damage. The next day Jose joined the crew and he was also very professional, polite and a hard worker. In just a few days they completed the mitigation portion of the water damage. These employees represented their company well and earned the five star rating.

Very thankful to have been referred to RCA. Were they were on site immediately after the incident and spent all day Sunday and each day thereafter mitigating the water damage. Great communication with Luis the team lead, and could see from the work on site that they care. They did a great job protecting our furniture and belongings and containing the affected area.

This is quite literally the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with and I highly recommend you look elsewhere if you want honesty, communication, and clarity from your construction company. To sum up our experience from hell, RCA dropped the ball on our very simple two bathroom (one was just doing the tub and tile), days would go by and no one would show up, we would call and call the project manager and someone would show up one day and the same would happen ( I think they go to whoevers house is calling them the most frustrated and our patience ran out after this happened for a few weeks). We even had a project manager and calendar of the work to be done which we had approved, which was not followed almost immediately and I am not sure what the project manager was doing bc he certainly didnt manage our project (all I could imagine was him spending our extremely high $10k deposit while doing no work) and would do the bare minimum once we reached out enough. Once he even told us he would squeeze us in and send someone the next day, and we were like why are you squeezing us in we have been on your schedule and there is no reason being given as to why we needed to be squeezed in and why we were never told when people were coming or not. We had to let them go once they were several weeks behind and we could no longer believe their lies that they would be here, so we hired another contractor as I am pregnant and had no bathroom, the new contractor couldnt believe this job was supposed to be done before we moved in and that we were not a priority due to my situation and also came every day as promised, communicated their schedule and we had a lovely experience with them (shoutout northbay tile). The stress and anger this company has caused us is beyond, I am not sure how they live with themselves as peoples homes are in their hands and they didnt bat an eye that we were driving 30 minutes away to shower. When If I complained about them not giving us the remainder of our deposit back and explaining the stress they are causing us they would scold us, so it is clear to me they are not trying to learn and be better and are out there scamming others. I truly believe the other reviews are bought. I went to check their reviews in the midst of this process as I was concerned we would have to take them to court as they werent responding and had done far less work than our deposit paid for (!!) I saw on facebook that during the timeline of our project they were posting two emergency projects they completed and asking for more work- I couldnt believe they were trying to get more clients when they couldnt even manage a small job that was supposed to be done in two weeks after 2 months passed- unbelievable. We also were never told that they had emergency projects they were taking on in place of ours so we could arrange another contractor and it is unclear to me why they felt our job was so unimportant and beneath them and why they couldnt let us know they planned to just come whenever they felt like it and completely ignore our timeline.a Be warned about these guys, it wouldn't surprise me if they lost their contracting license as they are so unprofessional and and made a simple renovation a truly hellish experience and I wish no one else to go through what we did.
Update: If they didnt finish our work or show up multiple days due to emergency responses they posted on fb i have yet to hear the real reason. Then they just double scheduled, which is not something anyone wants. I have dozens of emails & calls we made asking what was happening, what was the delay etc, until finally we had to fire them. Even our plumber wasnt surprised we fired them as they could not get a hold of them either, they found it very strange and unusual as they had important information needed for the project. Their staff who would end up coming needed us always to tell them what the work for the day was too so it seems they dont communicate with staff either. This response just proves this company will never take accountability.
