I had an absolutely wonderful experience with James Electric, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the very first phone call, Tammy made me feel confident in their company. She really listens, follows through on her word, and made scheduling easy—no long waits, no stress.

When the electricians arrived, they were professional, respectful, and explained everything clearly. I was having a new electrical panel installed and moved from a closet to the outside of the house. Not only was the work done to code, it was done with care. I appreciated being given clear options and honest recommendations throughout the process.

Jakob was incredibly kind and easy to talk to—he made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. I was so impressed with the first job that I asked them to come back for additional work. James himself came for the second visit, and he was just as thoughtful and skilled. Bonus: he’s an animal lover, which meant a lot to me because my dogs were barking like crazy, and he was so sweet and patient with them.

Their pricing was more than fair—especially considering the quality of service and peace of mind they delivered. I had a really bad experience with a different electrician in the past, and working with James Electric was night and day in comparison.

From the moment I called for information James Electric returned my call quickly. Just moving into a “new” home we needed more outlets, outdoor lights and an electric car charger. Three very nice guys came and got all my request finished in two days. Being an older home, did not affect their ability to run wiring in places I never knew exist. They were wonderful. Good, honest workers are hard to find and this company should get 10 stars. I will definitely tell everyone and use them again if necessary. Oh, they even noticed something on my water heater that needed attention

Tammy at James Electric saved my day! Over the phone, she guided me through resetting by tripped breakers and GFCI outlet. I had used a space heater set on High and this tripped breakers and outlet. She was kind and helpful. With this free guidance, I saved the expense of a service call. I recommend James Electric wholeheartedly..

Creative / knowledgeable installation with several helpful suggestions. Left our interior/exterior walls and back deck cleaner than they found it.

James' staff and technicians are very pleasant and respectful. I had them replace the electric panel which required coordination among PG&E and City inspector. The complexity was transparent to me. The technicians are technically sound. Brian has great vibe. Tammy is very supportive and resourceful.
