Great company

Although they did good job on bathroom fan replacement, switches. There must be communication issues with them. They didn’t clearly understand what I wanted to achieve for the project scope. They just did what they could do. They asked to get paid in 100% cash and they didn’t show up last minute a few times and texted me late with some lousy excuses.

Finally they came at around 7 pm when we started our family dinner and it wasn’t pleasant experience.

I had Golden State Electric install a manual transfer switch to facilitate the use of a generator in the event of an extended power outage. The installation was smooth, fast and professional, and the technician was very courteous and helpful.

Crappy drivers. Doing 75mph with a trailer when the speed limit is clearly 55 for trailers. Weaving back and forth between lanes cutting people off.

I had CORE install a generator at my home. The owner and staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. The owner provided me with multiple options before moving forward. The installation took several days but they were always prompt and incredibly responsive to emails. They took care of all of the permitting involved in the installation, and even fixed a few outlets at my house that had not worked since I moved in. I would highly recommend CORE and would use them again!

I've researched a number of different solar companies and spoke with a number of different reps and none of them stood up to how helped Robert Arnold was. He was there to help explain everything and had the company to back him up. Most sales companies promise the best but deliver mediocore --- SolarCraft enabled Robert to promise the best and then they delivered the best. Robert was the front man but Janell Azevedo helped so much with the actual execution and questions. Corey Shields was professional when scheduling the inspection and Tricia Companey was perfect in helping me figure out the payments. Great job to all! 11/10 would recommend.
