We had a great experience with Landesign! They were able to incorporate the landscape architect plans into a beautiful landscape design for our multifamily property in Healdsburg CA. Claire and her team are very professional, communicative and budget consensus from start to finish. I highly recommend Landesign.

I am a property manager for Homeowners Associations. I have 13 HOAs that I manage.
Landesign does the landscaping at one of those complexes. It has 224 units. Crew manager, Bob is the manager and is very good and responsive. The crew does great work.

Jorgio is so knowledgeable and personable. He responds quickly and gets bids out same day or by the next day. He comes out to check on my property and to make sure the landscapers are doing what is needed. I appreciate him coming out and caring about our property's health. We have been working with Braden
For several years now. He is quickly responsive and available to walk the property and problem solve. We changed all the irrigation to drip which has worked out very well (except for the squirrels). We pulled out old landscape materials and put native plants in, which are now thriving. We hope to work on firescaping soon, budget providing. This property is an eighteen unit condo complex.

Landesign has been great in servicing multiple apartment communities! Braden has always gone above and beyond to customize bids to our needs, and been proactive about maintaining trees, etc. across our communities. We've had a fantastic experience!

I have worked with Landesign over the last six years and do not have a single complaint. Our primary contact, Bob, has always been available for questions and concerns. The grounds crew works hard every day to keep our place looking amazing. Working with Landesign, we have implemented changes across our complex that reduced water usage by 27 percent.

When I first started working on our Landscape Committee, I met with three separate companies. Landesign presented a fair, thorough and comprehensive bid that matched every one of our requests. Additionally, I had a project in mind that would have been implemented as a separate bid. I pitched it to each of the three bidding companies to see how they would respond to such a request. I remember distinctly that Bob did not immediately go into "sales mode" and instead asked why such a project was being considered. When I explained, Bob presented a simple option that could be implemented almost immediately. The other two companies went full on "sales mode" and quickly proposed projects that would have cost more than a quarter of our yearly landscaping budget. I was truly impressed that Landesign wanted to find a solution, not just gouge us on a new project. Through the years, that has been a consistent theme from Landesign; Finding solutions that work instead of proposing high cost makeovers.

Landesign proivdes commerical services to the HOA i manage in Marin. We couldn't be happier with the maintenace that the crew proivdes us! They go above and beyond to keep our complex looking well-kept, clean and lovely. Terri is a pleasure to work with, she is responsive, personable and always eager to get things done.!

Landesign provides weekly landscaping maintenance for our facility. Because of the quality of the maintenance service, we used their service for a separate garden project. The Account Manager and the Landscape Designer met with me to provide guidance incorporating my preferences. The Account Manager’s follow-up ensured the project was kept on track. Professional with a personal touch.

I have been working with Claire from Landesign on refreshing the landscaping for one of our resorts and she has been great to work with. Every interaction is professional, she follows up and makes sure that everything goes smoothly from first step of design through installation. We have had a couple of last minute request and she and the team have very graciously shifted focus to the areas we needed help with.

As a member of the Board of Directors and chair of the landscape committee at our HOA, finding the right landscape maintenance company has always been challenging. We’ve gone through the interview process, and while we’re promised the moon, they never deliver.

I arrived at Queen of the Valley Outpatient Surgery Center to drop off my son for surgery and was shocked to find the majority of the handicapped spaces in the row occupied by a Landesign truck and trailer. They were taking up four handicapped spots and even blocking the wheelchair access ramp.

Handicapped parking exists for patients and caregivers who truly need accessibility, not for a company’s convenience. This shows a serious lack of consideration and professionalism.

Had sod, water system and rock added to our yard. They did a nice job and in a time schedule that worked for us. Nice people to work with.

Had great experience with Vice landscape. When shopping around they understood my ask and didn’t try to expand the scope of what I was looking for, which was oddly a recurring issue.

Pricing was competitive and very open. I admittedly changed the plan a couple times with no issues.

Work started on time and the crew was great. Scott (the owner I believe) was on site or available through text when needed.

Would use Vice Landscape again in the future.
