This is the 1st time I have reviewed Green Vine Landscaping but it is not the 1st time I have had them do landscaping work for me. Green Vine Landscaping owner Ivan Lopez and his proud and well trained staff do impeccable work. They treated my homes landscaping ( front and back yards as well as my front, back and side fences) as if it were their homes that they were working on. They take great pride in their work and it shows in their finished product.

Our Maples HOA recently contracted with Green Vine Landscaping, Inc. for weekly landscaping service. So far, so terrific! This is not a “blow and go” landscape service. Green Vine wants our property to look nice and well-maintained - it does! The work crews are very conscientious; they take the time to do things well, and clearly take pride in their work. Residents almost immediately noticed improvements, with more than one complimenting the crews on their focused work.
It is a pleasure to work with Omar Beccera, our property’s crew chief. Communication is easy and Omar responds promptly to any questions or requests we might have. Omar clearly values customer satisfaction and positive working relations. We feel fortunate that he is our crew chief!
Prior to contracting with Green Vine for our landscaping maintenance, we used them for other jobs: sidewalk cement work and long overdue plant thinning. Each working crew demonstrated conscientiousness, politeness, and again, pride in a job carefully completed. We felt that these traits are part of how Green Vine Landscaping, Inc. operates every day. We are very glad that they are now taking care of our HOA’s landscaping.

I called and had a conversation with Mr. Salvador. It was the most excellent customer service that I have received after calling around many landscaping companies and getting no where. The quote was in reasonable price and I will be booking with Green Vine.

Work for European Sales & Service and the crew is polite and always respectful to the Mercedes Benz cars we have in our lot while doing their work. Would recommend for sure

The Green Vine team did a great job installing the pavers for our backyard serving area, along with building an L shaped concrete countertop with cobblestone veneer ... the job was well done by Gustavo and Arturo. Great craftsmanship and very attentive to details. Awesome work and highly recommended !!

They do decent work but they use multiple extremely loud gas-powered tools that are actually banned in many parts of the North Bay. They have 2 leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, a push lawnmower, and a large sit-down lawnmower (all gas powered). These are banned by local ordinances for good reason in many parts of the North Bay (not mine, unfortunately) and there is actually a statewide California ban that forbids selling them as of January 1, 2024 (Assembly Bill 1346). They use multiple of these at the same time starting early in the morning (just after 8am) as soon as they are legally allowed to and continue for hours. In addition to the pervasive noise, the gas equipment emits a pungent lingering stench and various toxic volatile organic compounds (over 20x the carbon monoxide of a pickup truck per leafblower). They also have an agreement with my property manager to come literally every week which is undoubtedly excessive and unnecessary. If they invest in equipment that isn't illegal to sell now I will be happy to change my review to 5 stars.

The landscaping job that was done here at the stony brook apartments by Omar and his team was outstanding and made the property look much better and clean. They have done a really good job. It is much appreciated for all their hard work at our apartment complex.

Recommendation for 'Green Vine Landscaping' :
Whether you need yard maintenance, tree work, new plantings, or a whole new face lift for your yard, these guys do it all, and they do it very well. I had Javier, & Omar and his team work on my yard, and they did a professional job.
