Scott was prompt in making an appointment and especially helpful in planning and installing a beautiful mound area in my front yard. He was good natured, honest and highly knowledgeable of all phases of design, installation and maintenance. The project included hardscape, trees, ground cover, beautiful drought tolerant plants and a drip irrigation system. It was exactly what I had hoped for. From our first consultation, Scott was professional, communicative and easy to work with. His crew was very punctual, hardworking, efficient, paid attention to detail and cleaned up thoroughly. Scott was very creative in his design and offered several alternatives within my budget. Once the work was completed, Scott returned twice to check that all had gone well. I was particularly appreciative that Scott went out of his way to help with other issues that needed attention. Throughout the project, Scott was prompt, responsive and reliable. After quickly realizing that that our previous landscaping contractor was taking advantage of us (you can see my review of BE Landscaping in Google and Yelp reviews), we decided to bring in Mr. Scott Vice, the owner of Vicelanscaping in Santa Rosa, CA. The owner, Scott Vice was very honest and with us as to what he had discovered in our yards. We quickly came to the conclusion that Scott isn't the kind of guy that's going to sugar-coat the issues he found in your yard. He and his able crew went through our front and backyards and pointed out all our neglected and horrible irrigation design-work of the past. He and his wonderful crew (they were all very nice, professional and personable), re-architected the entire front and back yard irrigation systems -- at a very reasonable price. Here's the part that really convinced me that this company was honest. Scott showed us the over-built and totally unnecessary irrigation stations that were wasting water. He also showed us ways that we can save money on our water bill. We liked what we heard so much that we decided to hire him as our regular landscaping contractor! Now our yards look fantastic!

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Vice Landscaping. I called Vice to get quote and the owner Scott was at my property the same day and I had the quote the following day. The price was better than expected and that’s not best of it!!! I had a tight deadline to get irrigation in my front and backyard and Vice met it! Scott did an amazing job on my complete front yard redo. We previously had ugly hedge bushes with weed infested front yard. We discussed what our budget was and what we were kind of looking for. Scott came out, took measurements, sketched up a design for us to review. We then discussed flower options to see what we liked so that he could plan what would work best in our yard with current conditions.

Scott and his team ripped everything out, extended my driveway with beautiful brick by an addiotional 5ft, laid out new drip lines, planted drought tolerant flowering plants, lemon tree, lime tree, added flagstone walk way, bark, rock to front flower bed and larger rocks for a finished look. We are so very happy with the end result and how well it has grown in. Neighbors regularly compliment how great it looks.
