I really appreciate them taking the time to educate me on some things that I needed to know about my filter and when it should be changed , also letting me know how things look in the ducts very satisfied. We had a fire waiting to happen in the duct/vent behind our dryer, and Jordan cleaned it out and showed us how much was there and it was almost scary. He did a great job (very polite, extremely positive person and very helpful) and the company is very easy to work with, I highly recommend them.

Needed a 50 years old dryer vent cleaned out in mom's house. This company was just perfect for my needs. They pulled it out, replaced the old, tubing. With a shorter more efficient one. Unbeknownst to me the tubing was too long and full of lent and had holes. Cleaned the walls and back of dryer. Blew out through to the outside dusty vent. Very efficient, only took around 30 minutes. Even included a blow out for a small bathroom fan also. $250 for piece of mind from cleaner air to fire safety is a bargain. Thank you for that.

Brian and Christian are extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They were able to unclog a dryer event that we had tried multiple times, unsuccessfully, to take care of using a DIY kit. Great service!!!

Cleaned out our dryer vents and ductwork. Good job, arrived on time and were professional. Only concern is it may be a bit overpriced. $250. They took 20 minutes to complete the service. I’ll ask for a price reduction next time.

I enjoyed my experience with Air Doctor from start to finish. The communication beforehand was efficient and prompt; the crew were pleasant to deal with (and I liked that they had shoe coverings for the house) and showed me the amount of dust (and bits of insulation) that had been vacuumed out of the ducts; and paying the invoice was a snap (online). And of course the ductwork is now clean!

A welcoming person at the other end of the phone when I called, put me at ease. She was able to schedule me next day because of a cancellation. The young men were kind, helpful, put extra effort into cleaning the ducts and the floor around. I live in a mobile home and they were more than willing to do their work on my home. I recommend them highly.

Daniel and Christian were amazing. They showed up right on time, identified the issue with the dryer and even retrieved a brush that was lost in the vent. Would highly recommend Air Doctor for anyone who is having issues with their dryer

I always say customer service is a dying art… well Air Doctor is keeping it alive and well. It started from the excellent phone handling with Tammy, scheduling the visit for a very complicated situation with my dryer and venting in San Francisco and the eventual housecall with Alejandro and Daniel. They kept me informed every step of the way, up until their arrival and found a solution when it proved that we wouldn’t be able to access the back of the dryer. They performed the job well above the call of duty and cleaned up the job afterwards leaving no trace behind except for a beautifully working dryer and vent. They were good natured, friendly and communicated with me and my crew onsite- didn’t judge me for not having cleaned my vent in several years. I felt safe and comfortable in my own home, especially as a woman. I will certainly be using them again when I replace my roof and need to clean out all my other vents.

Second time using this company. The team called ahead with arrival info, showed up having read the prior year’s report on our system and were ready to work. Great result and good debrief afterwards about what they found and recommendations.

Had another great experience. The guys were on time, professional and efficient, I’ll definitely use Air Doctors again. A few suggestions would be to charge a small cleaning fee, once the machine was pulled back from the wall I realized how dirty it was back there, maybe for a small fee the area around the machine could be cleaned? Also, I’d sign up for a yearly reminder that I was due for my cleaning if that’s something that could be offered as well.

I think we are going on six years of using Air Doctor to clean our dryer vent. Every single time the service has been absolutely wonderful. Very polite, prompt and communicative technicians. All around great experience every single time!!
