EXCELLENT COMPANY! they troubleshoot the 23 yr old furnace the shut down was caused by the gas valve and was replace today everything work great. i had another company come out and told me it is the control board with the transformer and will cost $18xx.xx then if i let them replace it and does not work it would be another 8 to 1k. i am glad i went to this company instead of the other.

We hired Valley Comfort on the refferal from a neighbor. We could not be more pleased. Paul and Saba worked on our furnace and AC installation. They are polite, extremely professional and kept everything in order. They went above expectations for the end esthetic result in our backyard ,it looks organized and well thought out. Service tech arrived when expected, performed a thorough checkup of our heating system, checked the air filter and advised it was not necessary to replace it at this time and also advised us that a capacitor value was low and may need replacement in the future. Very nice to hear. Before leaving each job, they took the time to go over the details with us and left the areas they worked in just as they found them. I had another company come and tell me I needed $4500 worth of repairs on my air conditioner and heater. So I called Valley Comfort Heating And Air to come out and verify that I needed this work done. They found only one part that needed replacing. They charged $350 for that part and the other company was going to charge me $708 for the same part. The technician that came out was very nice and helpful. He did the work and cleaned up after himself. My mother used them when a different company told her she needed a brand new heater. She called Valley Comfort Heating And Air, and they said all she needed was a part replaced. I will only call them in the future if work needs to be done.

Couldn’t fix our furnace and said that we needed to replace it, but the repairman seemed unsure of his own advice… something just didn’t feel right about the situation.

We had another company out the next day, and are really happy that we decided to make a few more calls.

They gave us a free second opinion, saying we probably have several more years left before we will have to replace, and that we just needed a small repair. they repaired it on the same visit for a couple hundred dollars total, made some recommendations for other things that are worn (no pressure to do them).

Save yourselves and your wallet and call literally anyone else for your heating repairs.

This is now our 3rd service request. Jose has been superb, professional in every way. For one, he immediately put on foot cover when entering our home. Other service folks have never shown such care and awareness.

Jose diagnosed our AC issue when another company had been here on four separate occasions. The cost was nominal when the other company was suggesting I replace my entire unit. We enjoyed a terrific summer of cool air with no further issues.

We are now having Valley Comfort service our heating unit.
