Stout’s installed my heater about 15 years ago, and I have them come out every year for an inspection and maintenance. It’s a great company to do business with. DJ was the tech who came out to my house and he was very professional, courteous, and friendly. highly recommend!

Excellent service. Two service men came on two trips. Both times they were on time and were very knowledgeable about our heater. I called 4 companies on a Saturday and despite 3 of them saying they were open 24/7, no one answered. I left a message and Stout's, were the only one to get back to me. They are very pleasant to work with and fixed our heater. They will.be the company I use in they future.

They were very courteous and help in our process for getting a new Hvac system for our home. We needed to have our Hvac replaced ASAP due to the cold weather. Stout's came recommended by a neighbor so we called to see if we could get some quotes. Stout's had an opening that week and told us what we could do for our situation and we decided to pull the trigger and just get it done. They made time the following week to get it done. We were told it would be 2 day of work but they got it done in 1. I would highly recommend Stout's for any Hvac inquiries you may have. They're fast, reliable, and professional.

We had AC installed upstairs in our 2 story home last year and we were complaining that it wasn’t cooling the upstairs and was running all the time. Valley then told us we needed to spend additional money enlarging our vents. So not happy with their service. AC that doesn’t work isn’t a good value.

Family owned HVAC business, great, conscious, hard working people. Craig is very responsive, always willing to help out, Jarred is very knowledgeable and does great work. Used to have a fast food franchise, 3 locations in the Sonoma County, Valley Comfort AC was always there to bail me out of down HVAC. One of the best companies to work with.

I highly recommend Valley Comfort Heating and Air. We had one of the team out for a repair recently. The problem was bit of a mystery but they figured it out and repaired it quickly and efficiently. I've known the owner, Bryan Simning, for a number of years. He takes his business seriously and is an expert in the heating & cooling industry.

These guys could make a killing if they were unethical like some other experiences with home repair we've had, but it's clear from this experience that they are only interested in doing a solid job and getting things done right.

They rescued us over NYE ten years ago for a few hundred bucks, and last year they fixed our AC for under $300. This Xmas we thought the furnace was a goner, but it was only $400 to fix. Hopefully we won't ever have a huge repair bill, but if we do, I know I can trust the estimate and their recommendations!

This time around, our furnace went out the week before Xmas but the parts needed to be special ordered and were about a week out, so we survived on space heaters. Wrong part arrived, so Greg cleaned our motor out and did a "BandAid" to try and get us through a few days. It worked for a day but then died as he suspected since the motor was so compromised. Greg poached parts from an old unit they had on hand and came on Xmas eve to try and make a "Frankenmotor" to get us through the holidays but no luck. Craig at the office then sleuthed for parts and it finally paid off as he managed to get a new motor that worked with our model within a few days. Greg returned to install it and 10 minutes later we now have heat again! All that time and energy and our entire fee for the service call, parts, and labor was under $400.

These guys are awesome, shout out to Eric and Chris. They came to take a look at our HVAC system which was provided faulty by the builder. Helped to diagnose the problem and provided independent verification of a fix to my heating issues. If any other issues these guys are my first call.

Dennis came out ‘after hours’ to remedy our situation. On one of the first few coldest days of the new Autumn season, our furnace stopped working with warm air exhalations and it was blowing out COLD from ALL Directions 🙏💟😘

He did a great job. Repairing the Heating problem which was little
unusual He came three times because he had order a new part.

Installing the new part did not fixed the problem,so came back, removed the new part
installed my original part and trouble shooting in 15 minutes the trouble
was found and now runs like clock. These people are Honest, and you can trust them 100%. My original estimate with the new part was $510.00 which I paid. The check was not cashed yet because I notified them
that system is not fixed. They tore the first check.The new repair without the expensive part now is $200.89. Believe me these days is very hard to find business people like that. God bless you !!!

We had smoke damage to our home from the Glass fire in September. Valley Comfort Heating and Air did a great job helping us rid the smell of smoke from our house. They cleaned our heating and air-conditioning units along with the upstairs ductwork. I chose them because they are a Diamond Certified company and they care about their reputation.

Valley Comfort came to repair my heater which was creating a bad odor. Did minor maintenance and said it was fine. I turned it back on and the smell was as bad or worse. Called and they told me their technician knew what he was doing and I was hot to worry. But the smell was so bad I called another company to find out I and my family could have died from the noxious fumes, including carbon monoxide, the heater was emitting. Since then I have called and emailed but they refuse to reply.

Every aspect of the service from evaluation to installation was done professionally, cheerfully and in a timely fashion. the HVAC system we chose works perfectly. we recommend Comfort Heating and Air without reservation.

Jose did an awesome job taking care of my mom! He explained the work and did a thorough job. I’m a tech in boise Idaho so was a little leery of someone else taking care of my mom but after finding these guys, I won’t call anyone else. Make sure to ask for Jose- he’s awesome.
The office gal also did a great job answering my requests and making sure what she promised ahead of time actually happened.
Very impressed. And thanks again for taking care of my mom.

Chris and Clayton serviced our boiler 6/14/21. They are experts at what they do, and meticulously cleaned our boiler. They helped us understand how to extend the life of our boiler. They are wonderful to work with, and made us Valley Comfort clients for life! GREAT SERVICE!!! THANK YOU!!!

We are very new to Sonoma County; our Heater went on Vacation and I am Disabled. Valley Comfort Heating and Air made A Service Call to Our Home. After an hour, the Heater was again working! Jerad gave my Husband the results; this good Service Man then explained everything to The Missus again in plain, understandable English words.
