Alan Quality Tree Care is a truly professional operation and they do an outstanding job for their clients. Alan Hannun (a certified Arborist) is knowledgable, thoughtful and caring. I have used Alan's services personally and have recommended him to numerous clients here in Sonoma County. If I could give Alan 6 stars, I would. Alan's crew is careful and they work in a very neat and efficient manner. I strongly recommend this business.

Alan Quality Tree Care did an exceptional job in removing a 130 foot tall, 3 feet in diameter fir tree that was within inches of the house and had power lines a foot away. Alan is personable and knowledgable and was flexible and accomodating in working with my schedule. I could not have been more pleased with the work the crew did. They were friendly, respectful and efficient. The left the roof and driveway cleaner than when they arrived. I had quotes from 6-8 companies and Alan's pricing was extremmely competitive

Alan and his crew have provided great care for my quarter acre property with mature and new trees for over a decade. I call Alan "the tree whisperer." He is also great with communicating to me what is possible and what are the limitations that will best help the longevity and health of the trees that are in my care. I really appreciate the great service that his company provides.

I manage a 109 space mobile home park in Santa Rosa. Alan and his team come once per year to trim all of the trees. They always do an excellent job and never leave a mess. Alan is very knowledgeable about all things 'trees" and will not be shy about giving suggestions. I completely trust his judgement. His prices are always very competitive as well. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for tree work.

Alan was great to work with. I had a tree removed and my neighbor did one the same day on his property. Alan came to other properties and spent time reviewing the process each tree would require. His communication style is friendly yet professional. By the time he handed me the estimate I felt very comfortable. We got several estimates and Alan’s was competitive and fair for the scope of the job. And we were able to schedule the cutting the same week. Another company, without even hearing what the job was. flat out said they wouldn’t get to the tree for 6 months. This was not acceptable as one 80foot plus tree was dead and leaning towards my bedroom. Alan and his crew were on it. I was amazed at his workers skills and how helpful and polite they were. It was a two day job and they worked from 8am until 4pm the first day and again at 8 until fished the following day. Each day they cleaned up and swept my driveway. I wanted wood chips from my neighbors tree so they delivered, unloaded and even helped me put them where I needed them. This was so amazing as my back was not working well so the option I would have had was to dump them in my drive and hire someone to move later. My yard is clean. Alan’s integrity also impressed me. Good company!

Alan’s Quality Tree Service is an exceptional business! I have used this company in the past for tree removal and pruning. This week I had them remove a very large partially diseased tree which included stump grinding. Alan arrived with his crew of 4 on time and brought with them a professional attitude and quality work. I called Alan for an estimate for a fallen tree on my fence line. Alan was punctual, professional and super knowledgeable. After our meeting, his scheduler Liz was able to fit me on the schedule fairly quickly. Great service and professionalism. Called after a storm knocked a large section of a tree onto my car and house. Crew did a great job with pulleys and ropes to prevent anymore damage to car and house. Alan sent his crew right away to Bodega Bay to get the job done. Cleaned up after job and left property cleaner than before. Quality equipment and machines to tackle a large tree.

Great Conpany, great crew. Lucas is easy to communicate with and so was the rest of the crew. The estimate for a job is incomparable. I strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs a service they provide.

We have a huge willow that was collapsing under its own weight. One large cracked branch was resting on the roof. Lucas came out the next day to take a look and had a team out here the following morning to remove the broken branches and trim the whole thing back with a good, healthy shape. The crew explained what they were doing and why, yet followed my requests when I had them. When they left, the yard was cleaner than when they first got here. This was an A+ experience. Great company. Owner, Lucas Graves cut two 70 ft. trees and trimmed others. Everything cleaned up. Foreman, Chris Roberts removed the stumps and other stumps left from previous cuttings. Very happy with their work and price reasonable. Recommend to anyone.

The crew led by big Chris the wonderful foreman arrived right on time with all their trucks and rigs and five men to do a great job. They took down a huge old oak that had fallen on one of my outbuildings. They moved a bunch of stuff including a dead car to make the job possible then put it all back!’ Oak firewood was stacked neatly right where I wanted it! I would call them again.

What Mike is saying is NOT true!!! I live in the house where the trees were removed. They showed up at 8am a total of 5 guys and there was no screaming or yelling. They were on time and efficient and were done in 45 minutes! I've never seen a more professional fast efficient team using hand signals to talk with each other. I watched them the whole time. The person who owns the house was outside the whole time taking pictures and no one came out to complain. I don't know why you would lie!! This company is fair, honest and reputable. The noise was no more than the garage trucks or the street cleaner that come around

Recently hired Empire Tree to take down some big bays on my property due to fire danger and also trim a redwood. I’ve used other tree companies in the past but will only use Empire going forward. They were timely and efficient and reasonably priced. Excellent experience.

I had a very large pine tree fall onto my house. Lucas was onsite less than a half hour after I called, and got straight to work while waiting for the crew. The team worked hard all day and got the job done in such a way that the tree did no further damage. They were also very kind and friendly and took pictures of the roof for me.

Lucas and his team are AMAZING. I have worked with them for years. We have an acre with olive trees, sycamores and redwoods and he does a great job every year for us.
