Great experience. They came and gave a bid one day after we called. They were here for the work exactly when they said they would be. The head of the crew was really responsive. Trees look great and cleanup was perfect.

We needed to take down 100 year-old Camphor tree that was overwhelming the backyard. These experts with limited access took the tree down in one day with no damage to any other plants or buildings that I had. They used extreme caution and expertise. And Safety was always a number one priority in their endeavor. I would highly recommend Empire Tree service for any of your tree maintaining needs.

We hired Lucas and his crew on two occasions to remove dangerous fir trees close to our cabin. This hillside property has no space for a crane, so both trees had to be expertly cut and dropped in portions. No damage was incurred on our property and the team worked quickly and with no pause even for lunch. It was clear to me that the biggest concern of Lucas was safety…for his team and our cabin. I highly recommend Empire Tree Experts for challenging tree removal jobs.

The crew was very careful around yard plants and statuary. They cleaned up nicely before they left the property as well. A great outfit; highly recommended!

Had 2 fir trees ~55 -70 feet tall and on a steep hillside that needed removal before something "bad" happened. They were close enough to slap the house and the hill slope pretty much guaranteed they were going to fall in an undesirable direction some rainy winter.
Lucas came out and gave a reasonable quote. His crew showed up on time on the appointed day and the guys were friendly and polite. They busted their butts getting the trees down and all the debris chipped and they didn't leave a mess behind. They did what I asked for and they did a good job of it and they did it when they said they would and the price was reasonable... I call that a win.
I award them a full compliment of stars and the next time the need arises Empire will be my first call.

Had a difficult job taking out 7 large Redwoods in a confined space between houses. The crews from Empire did the work with no damage or injuries. All the employees were professional and courteous. This was their second job for me and I would recommend them to anyone.

Brian and his crew cut down 2 trees, trimmed and cut branches from a huge Oak tree that was touching the roof and hanging down into the neighbors yard. They also trimmed and cleaned up a Palm tree of all its fronds. What an Amazing job. Brian made sure that after each tree he had us look and make sure we were satisfied with the work. We will definitely recommend Empire Trees to put friends and family. We will also use this Company again when we need more work. Brian and his crew were conscientious, thorough, and detail oriented. Trucks with crews showed up early and worked hard to remove old roofs from our house and separate garage. They had 85-90 % of the work done first day. The place was left clean, the roofs and gutters look fantastic and we could not be happier

Lucas and his crew did a very professional/expert job cutting down our beautiful, majestic Redwood Tree. It Had to be cut down because CA insurance companies will no longer insure a home with a tree within 5 feet of it. He understood completely (through all my tears, and there were many), did the job in a timely manner, was very professional, and the clean up was extremely thorough. Wow! These guys were so great to work with. For a while we were thinking about doing something about a couple overgrown/out of control juniper trees that were causing some mayhem but we kept putting it off. Empire Tree Experts just happened to be in the neighborhood one day and dropped off their flyer.
