Jeff and his crew did a fantastic job trimming the trees in our yard. They also planted a couple new trees for us. They are skilled, conscientious and true professionals. We discussed what we wanted with Jeff beforehand and agreed with his recommendations. He is knowlegeable, honest and easy to work with. We are very happy with the results and will be hiring him again for our next project. We highly recommend Jeff!

Jeff was quick to provide an estimate, had great communication on timeframe, clear on his pricing and competitive pricing to the market, his workers are professional and just as courteous as the owner. But most importantly, the work quality was top-notch. It was the “do it once, and do it right” work ethic and it showed and made every dollar spent worth it. We've had Jeff and his crew out on 3 separate occasions in the past year. He has a great crew. They're experienced , work hard and do very good work.

Today Jeff Lester and team pruned 4 Chinese Pistache trees, 2 pepper trees, 2 dogwood, 2 magnolia, 2 apple trees and some bushes. They did a great job! They were pleasant, professional and on time. I will definitely work with them again in the future!

Jeff and his team did a great job removing some small trees and a few other plants from our backyard, leveled dirt, added soil amendments, planted a few camellias, relocated some existing plants to enhance the new look, and finished with a good layer of bark/mulch. We would not hesitate to reach out to him again.

Jeff came recommended by friends--always a good sign. I was able to schedule him to do our tree-trimming work pretty much right away. He and his crew were fast and efficient and careful. We hired Jeff Lester Arborist to prune and thin several large oak trees on our property. Not only did Jeff and his highly skilled team do an exceptionally good job, but we found them to be very respectful of our specific needs, listening carefully to what we wanted in terms of beautifying the property and retaining maximum privacy from our neighbors while maintaining the long term health of the trees. We couldn't recommend Jeff and his team any more highly.

We received partial hedge removal and stump grinding service and we got 8 shrubs planted. This company did a great job and we're very happy with the results. Price was fair and reasonable.

I contacted Jeff re a Japanese Maple and another maple tree that needed significant pruning and shaping. He came out that afternoon to look and give me a quote. A day was scheduled for him and his crew to complete the trimming. An opening in his schedule occurred, he contacted me and came 2 days early. Over the next 3 hours his crew masterfully and carefully trimmed and pruned my trees. All debris and branches were cleaned up before they left. I am very happy with the results, the quoted cost, and how proficient and pleasant Jeff and his crew were.

Jeff has done a lot of tree work for us and family for a few years. He and his crew are extremely knowledgeable, professional and great to work with. He has professionally pruned old oaks and other tree varieties. He has also removed trees for us. He always works us into his schedule. I highly recommend Jeff for tree service.

Jeff & his crew were professional and courteous from beginning to end. Our 30" diameter Oak that is close to both our house and the neighbors house had not been pruned for over 30 years, it was overgrown with a lot of dead wood. Now It looks great and much healthier. They cleaned up the site better than when they arrived. I highly recommend their services.

As always, Jeff and crew did an amazing job trimming, pruning thinning and reducing the weight of our huge Montecito Ash. Consulted me before starting work this morning and despite doing more work than the quoted estimate didn’t change the price. Tons of twigs and other debris that had to be cleaned from our roof, beds and lawn. Left everything spotless. Has my highest recommendation.

I highly recommend Jeff and his team for tree services, they did a fantastic job with the huge, tall trees I needed pruned and had time to let me add a few more. The olive trees and crepe myrtles they pruned for me look great and are shaped so nicely. Jeff is super knowledgeable, the trees looked great and now with spring are starting to fill in nicely and I am so happy. I have used other tree pruning services and moving forward will be calling only Jeff.

I wanted to share our experience utilizing Jeff Lester, Arborist to trim our 6 ea., 100 year old Olive Trees and pruning our hedges around the property. After meeting with other landscape professionals, we were very lucky to find such a professional company that had a team that was experienced, listened to our needs and protected the landscape around our property during the trimming process. Jeff and his crew are top notch. Jeff is a great listener and answers all questions while working with his crew. He’s well educated as an arborist, and it shows. We had to have a lot of work done and it was a very good experience. Also, Juan is fun to watch as he climbs, positions himself, ropes, cuts and lowers the limbs to the ground. Very entertaining.

I’m an amateur arborist myself so I’m inclined to have better knowledge than most as to how my tree needs to be pruned. I respect Jeff and his knowledge, expertise. and professionalism. Contacted Jeff regarding an overgrown Japanese maple and a redwood tree whose branches were growing into the maple. Jeff came and looked at the situation and gave some ideas what should be done and also a quote for the job. Made an appointment for the work and Jeff and his crew showed up on time to do the work. Jeff explained to his crew what needed to be done. While Jeff's supervisor was in the tree, he asked him if he saw something from his vantage point that also should be done. Very impressed with Jeff for asking for his supervisor's opinion. Jeff helped his crew and when they left, everything was neat and clean. Thank You

Jeff and his crew did a great job of reducing my trees to the maximum possible for one season, and I am very happy with their work and the clean up that followed.
