I had the unfortunate experience of a large tree root grow through two sprinkler lines. Tinh and his team had it repaired at a fair price in a couple of days. Highly recommend!

Tinh was very responsive, friendly, and always prompt. Tinh and his coworker mowed my back yard every other week and always did a great job! Tinh always replied to my text if I needed something for my yard and overall I would hire him again! I recently had to part ways due to life but if I had the chance to hire him again I would!!

Pest service that forgets rat traps? Service consists of walking around your yard for 10 minutes spraying at random with watered down insecticide. $300 per visit 4 times a year $1,200 NOT WORTH IT!!!

They don't respond to questions, they're not honest and they treat apartment complex tenants like they're invisible while enabling the apartments to be infested and unsanitary.

They are very professional and helpful and go that extra step. Juan rewired my outside vents that needed repair so creatures cannot get into my attic. Put wire over holes between the wood and plaster where needed. Very clean put shoe covers on to come into the house and go into the attic. I am very impressed and will call them in the future for any extermination needs. Highly recommended.

So happy I found these guys. They are so responsive, and so friendly. We have a major gopher issue at my residence and ever since I contacted Pest experts they have kept them under control. I was feeling so hopeless since I love to garden and all my plants kept getting destroyed. I am very happy with my service and if you are on the fence, give them a call and try them out! Amazing!

I've been using The Pest Experts Co. for about 2.5 years now and I am 1,000% a satisfied customer. All of the workers who have come out to my home have been very respectful of my property, thorough, professional, kind, and extremely effective. When I moved into my place there were gophers, black/brown widow spiders, and a few other pests that I didn't want around and needed help managing. Juan and his team have consistently been out each month to deliver quality work, and they've helped keep everything under control. They answer my questions, teach me things to look out for (in terms of infestations, nests, etc.), and are flexible with their availability - all at a great monthly price! Their products don't kill the plant life around my home, and they're considerate of the environmental impact of the treatments they apply (staying mindful of runoff, etc.). Other pest control companies have come to my door multiple times trying to pull me away as a customer over the years, but I confidently tell them I'm good. I have a great team handling things for me, and they're worth every penny I'm currently paying! I'd recommend this company again and again!

If there was a half a star I would have given that. Yes they showed up. Got paid, but I as sat in the house waiting for them to tell me they were done, well it never happened. They just left. Let the receipt under the mat. I wanted a change, even if I had to pay more. Never got the opportunity to express it only to the extremely rude owner. He did not do the job nor say that he wasn’t but definitely left the impression he was. I called him after the guys disappeared unhappy. I explained what I didn’t like. He said well you are wrong I have been doing this 20+ years it it’s not right. He could care less about what I thought it looked like or if there was a compromise. Also I picked the color of the down spouts as asked. The curved down spout was white and the rest the color I picked. He was rude and hung up on me. I called back and explained I wanted to talk to his foreman not him. He was on vacation, which is more of a reason the man left in charge should be responsible for his work. Why are you picking up the phone if you are away and don’t want to be bothered ? Leave a message or a phone number to contact. Obviously he thinks women are stupid, he talked to my husband. My husband who is much more patient than I said just drop off the spouts and he will install them. Months later still nothing. Plus our neighbor who apparently used everyone we used to redo our house used them. I have read other reviews this man is rude. If you want to monitor his work and make sure he has everything there to do the job be my guest. He will never come back, doesn’t return calls. His first impression when he wants your money is great. After that he had absolutely no customer service skills. Greg I do not find it acceptable to hang up on people and not live up to your word. You are not a man of your word, shame on you. If he lose one customer because of this review it’s on you. Since you did not produce the correct down spouts I will add you ripped me off. If you make it right I will amend my review.

Our house is in Coronado and is currently rented since we are military stationed in DC. We traveled to Coronado to take care of house business in early June and discovered a gutter needed to be replaced. Called West Coast Raingutters and Gary met us at the house. We signed a work order and expected the work to be done within a few weeks. After a month our renter confirmed the work hadn't been done. I called and received an apology and a promise that they would get to it the next week. Still nothing. I have called two more times and again received apologies and promises that the work would be done. It's now mid-September and the work still hasn't been done. Will call someone else.

$5000.00 dollar gutter instal

Greg gave us a contract 8 months ago. We paid 1/2 of the estimate and was informed they would start right away. Needless to say the job is not done. He is a good story teller with all kinds of excuses. We are waiting for our refund. Once received we will take down this review.
