Ruined our christmas because the would not install washer and dryer ... would not upload photos to costco... house is a mess and wveryone is coming xmas eve.... worst ever

Costco contracted this company to deliver washer and dryer. MMNA Trucking made two detrimental mistakes. First, they flipped hot and cold water inlet hoses. Second, they failed to tighten either hose, which caused a leak and permanently damaged the property. The owner has ghosted me since.

Delivery drivers installing appliances. I had one install faucet and air gap.
Buyer Beware! They are not licensed . Had professional plumber look at my plumbing under sink. Installed incorrectly. Licensed plumber took pictures. I live in second floor.

Your truck driver between Castle Rock and Denver illegally crossed the solid white line into the toll lane and cut us off to the point we had to slam on the brakes to avoid collision on 9/7 you better reprimand your drivers for breaking the law!!

Zero stars is the real rating. To clarify: I cannot be sure which Mega Nice location worked this job as it was apparently contracted by the store that delivered my merchandise in the San Diego area. Three guys arrived on a Saturday in an unmarked box van. They delivered and installed a new dishwasher I had ordered from a local retailer. They would only install it if I could write a check to them personally for $375 to purchase parts from them directly. One part I did need, the other I did not need. They also dumped about a half gallon of water and soap left in the bottom of the old machine as they wheeled it across my wood floors. I actually paid an additional delivery fee for the delivery crew to almost ruin my floor on the way out. I suppose they should get a partial star for wiping up the mess. After they left my house I had to clean the sticky floor properly...what a mess!! The following Monday they woke me up to tell me the check bounced, then showed up on my doorstep wanting the payment in cash. They wouldn't return my check, so I didn't give them cash. I said I would call the police and I couldn't give them cash unless they returned the check. Two hours later I again reviewed my online bank account and saw the check had already cleared. My recommendation: If you see this company coming...LOCK YOUR DOORS and contact the merchant who sold you whatever they are planning to deliver. They are scary bad news!

I am extremely concerned about the type of drivers and helpers your company is putting on the road. This morning, one of your drivers forced me off the road, and when I honked in response, the helper in the vehicle flipped me off.

Your trucks carry your company’s name, which means this behavior directly represents your brand. Incidents like this not only endanger other drivers but also reflect poorly on your company’s reputation. Commercial drivers should be trained to prioritize safety and professionalism at all times.

I strongly suggest you review your training and oversight practices to ensure your drivers and their helpers conduct themselves responsibly while operating under your company’s name.

Reasonably priced. Happy with service - building shelves / storage system in my closets. Cleaned up afterwards!

Andre is easy to communicate and work with. He goes the extra mile and and makes you feel like family.

Called him to get some works done around my condo, he showed up at the scheduled time. He clearly explained to me the problems and resolved in a timely manner, highly recommended!

I contacted this business on June 9th.I never heard anything back, so I reached back out on Monday June 15th. Understandably people get busy so I didn’t think much of it. June 18th we finally connected and made plans for him to stop by that day at 5:30. At 5:23 he contacted me and indicated he was busy and would have to stop by over the weekend. At 5:25 I responded “No worries, I had plans and would be gone around noon that Saturday but just to let me know” weekend goes by and not a word. Monday morning I text you see if he will be able to make it since I never heard over the weekend. No response. It’s now Thursday June 25th.

If you can’t take new customers, that’s fine let me know so I can take my business elsewhere. But I would say I was more than patient. It’s just unprofessional at this point. And rude quite frankly. It should not be this difficult to get a quick job scheduled and done.

This guy came late to his initial appointment set which wasn’t that big of a deal. He made a big deal about having to drive 20 minutes to come look at a closet. I had him help me with insulation and drywall. Messed up an entire piece an said I boil always have a few extra I’m case. His measurements where off. Terrible quality and slow. It took him 30 minutes to put up a Already cut single sheet Of drywall. Slow, and terrible craftsmanship. I would never recommend him.

Great work! Andres responded quickly to our call and hung our double barn doors up beautifully! He worked neatly, quickly and was very reasonably priced. We will definitely call him again!

After a reasonable quote, the handyman scheduled for a week out. He showed up late on the first day, took an excessively long lunch and left for a couple hours without explanation. The second day, he again showed up late, and did not bring help for a 2-person job. Another excessively long lunch, and significantly less progress than anticipated. He then scheduled to come out three days later to finish the project (one of three he was hired to complete). After showing up an hour and a half late, he worked for a few hours, then left to get food. He did not return until well after dark (to complete an outdoor job that requires daylight), with the expectation of working in the dark, on the roof of a shed. At no point did he initiate any contact to relay his arrival times or explain his 2+ hour disappearance each day. We opted to cease working with him prior to the job being complete, as he proved himself unreliable. The work he did complete was acceptable, but nothing that exceeds expectations. We were quite understanding the first two days, but when he chose to leave at 4pm for food on the final day of a project, we decided that it was best to find a different handyman to complete the project.

Andres has done numerous projects around the house for us. He has helped with plumbing, garden construction, holiday decoration hanging, painting and miscellaneous repairs. He is responsive and easy to communicate with and does great work. One time when there was a minor issue with his work he came back promptly the next day and fixed it at no extra charge, reinforcing our trust in him. He will reason our go-to person!

Yay! im soooo happy with my new home Andres came and remodeled my bathroom and kitchen, everything looks so amazing in this mocha colors I am so pleased with the installation he was kind and very professional, also very patient with me i could not make up my mind on the colors and styles. I recommend them to anyone here local in Santee. my project cost including materials was around $4500 took nearly a week to complete. thanks for the service i will call you once i save to remodel my deck :)

Andres does quality work and is incredibly reliable. We have used him for multiple projects from small to large, including full bathroom, renovations and plumbing, and he has done a great job on everything. He is friendly and communicative and can really do just about any task asked of him. I highly recommend !
