Working with Cale was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. One thing we greatly appreciated was the speed which with he responded to our calls and our questions. They’re all friendly and approachable, the estimate is detailed as to materials, labor and time of completion!! Also an approximate start date which will be verified and no excuses the day before like there was a full moon last night so we’ll have to reschedule you!! Everyone knows that drill!! Watched as the installation was being done and was really impressed with the attention to the LITTLE details that aren’t seen but contribute to the longevity and the look of the finished project!! Which by the way blew me away much better than I imagined!! You can’t go wrong with this company!!

The absolute best artificial turf company in San Diego! Cale, the owner, was extremely professional, and genuinely cares for the satisfaction of his clients. The price was amazing and I wanted to move as quickly as possible. Cale examined my property and found Nutsedge weed. He explained that if I did not eliminate it entirely, it would come back and destroy my turf over time. So many other contractors would’ve just taken a quick job and not cared about the long term problems. He would continuously show up and check on the status of the weeds. When the weeds finally cleared, Cale and his team completed the job in two days!!! I would recommend them to anyone.

STREAMBED LANDSCAPE. I now have an authentic looking streambed of river rock from my patio along the sidewalk to the driveway in my front yard. In addition, there are two planter beds with easy care signature plantings. (Previously, "spotty grass" was there which looked awful.) Now it looks neat and peaceful there.

ARC designed and installed it all. The work was done professionally and on time.

ARC Design did an absolutely wonderful job on our 4 large retaining walls as well as build custom stairs for us. They were professional and a pleasure to work with. The guys doing the hard work were friendly and cleaned up the mess at the end of each day. I recommend them 10X over. I appreciate all of the people at ARC Design for making it a great experience.

ARC Design Landscape did an AMAZING job with our yard!! The attention to detail, professionalism, great pricing, and driven manner this organization has to its customers is absolutely incredible. Right off the bat, from the first meeting with Cale we knew we wanted to work with ARC Design, the design he created for us was EXACTLY the feel we wanted for our yard!!! Cale was completely transparent throughout the whole process from start to finish any questions, concerns or potential problems that came up Cale answered, and or came up with a solution. Cale keep us updated with any potential changes that needed to be made to the design, while giving us multiple options for the change making sure we were comfortable and in complete agreement before moving forward. The entire ARC Design crew were very polite and considerate of our home, and any belongings that needed to be moved around. The crew cleaned up after each day making sure their tools and materials were kept neat and out of the way for the afternoon! If you are looking for a landscaping company to improve your home. Everything about my experience with ARC was positive from the estimate to scheduling to the installers, to the finished installation of my beautiful Turf yard!!! I couldn't be more satisfied. The owner Cale was hands on getting the job started. Then handing it off to his very professional supervisor Kevin and his crew witch worked with so preside skills. And his very professional office manager Alisha contacted me right away scheduled estimate. And always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommended ARC to anyone!!!
