This company is very unprofessional. We had to take the kids to school and they were blocking our garage. When asked if I needed them to I said yes and when I got in the car they just stared at me and when I asked if they were going to move they said the guy with the keys only speaks Spanish when we clearly heard then having an English conversation before hand. Extremely unprofessional company.

They use their leave blowers once a week next to my home stating at early at 6:28 am one morning. They are out again and it’s 6:56 am today. We are in a neighborhood, I can only imagine how considerate the employees must be when you are leaf blowing before 7 am!!

I had given this company a bad review, but after meeting with site supervisor Bernardo Perez, he gave us a solution to the problem, and come to find out, this company is a new company that is now taking care of our grounds. I am very pleased with the outcome. Mr.Perez is very professional and a man of his word. This company is blessed to have him as part of the team. Very seldom you find a supervisor that keep their word and solves the problem immediately. Thank you so very much

I stopped at a 7 11 store to get coffee and as I was pulling in I had to stop because a car was backing out. The driver of la bahns land scaping truck was also waiting for the same car to pull out of the lot ..As soon as it was clear the Hispanic driver pulled in the lot and intentionally blocked me with the truck and landscaping trailer attached to his truck . He and his co workers got out he looked at me laughing and gave me the finger . His co workers were laughing as they went in the 7 11 laughing .. This only shows the lack of respect la bahns landscaping employees have for the general public and most likely their customers too ! This happened today April 6, 2021 at Chambers street and Madison Ave around 6: 30 am .. I contacted the company and left a message of the incident on voicemail with my name and phone number to call me as instructed by them .. I doubt anything will happen to this employee but we will see .. I doubt he will be fired even he deserves it !

Would not recommend. LaBahn's has been responsible for maintain our small HOA for the past year. During this year at least half of the plants have died. Company was notified with limited resolution, requiring continually check ins, missing deadlines, and poor communication.

These guys are wreckless!!!! They nearly ran some young bicyclists off the road in our neighborhood. It was TOTALLY unnecessary as the entire road was wide open. They were confronted by several neighbors who watched this act unfold and when confronted the driver pulled out his iphone and started recording the neighbors??? Fortunately one of the bikes had a rear mounted camera that recorded the whole thing and we're reporting to the local authorities.

When you're driving a truck with a large advertisement on the side through a residential area with families out playing, why would you endanger people????

Our HOA property has never looked better since LaBahn has taken over. They are very service oriented, very responsive, very well trained, and very professional. Our representative is Chris Remmer and he especially has been available at any time to answer concerns and to do more than even asked. We would highly recommend LaBahn to anyone ready to upgrade their landscape service!

It has been a pleasure working with Julio Flores and his crew at our Chesapeake property. They keep it well maintained and provide good ideas for the property during the different seasons. Julio has always taken care of any issues I have had with the building's landscaping needs.

I am the HOA President of our association, and work closely with the entire crew from LaBhan's Landscaping. I have done this for two full years. Since they took over, the community is looking much better and their service has been good on all fronts. They are accessible after hours with a quick response time. Their pricing and quality are reasonable and they provide good value on services. I would recommend them to others.

At 6:00 AM, LaBahn's employees begin operating power tools, such as gas powered leaf blowers, directly across the street from three apartment buildings. They do this every single Monday/Tuesday.

Not only is operating power tools at this hour against city code in Pasadena, CA (where this takes place), but it's extremely disruptive to the lives of everyone who lives on the street where it happens. Residents are woken up to the loud, droning noise then forced to listen to it continuously for hours after, usually not ending until after 12:00 PM.

Additionally, gas powered leaf blowers are illegal to operate in Pasadena, CA, so that makes two city codes LaBahn's Landscaping breaks on a weekly basis.

LaBahn's Landscaping regularly (and knowingly) breaks city code, causing immeasurable disruption the lives of dozens and dozens of residents each week.

Amazing company, organized, professional and reliable. They are always my first recommendation when it comes to landscaping! Marissa is amazing to work with. Five stars!
