I highly recommend Crossman Landscape if you are doing new landscape construction or a landscaping remodel. I used them as my primary contractor for a full remove and replace of my landscaping for a large lot. The owner, Rod, is very easy to work with. He helps you achieve your vision, but is also excellent at coming up with suggestions to keep the project within the budget while still ending up with a quality end product.

I also like the fact that they showed up regularly without any prolonged periods of time when they were not at the project. They worked very well with the concrete and other subcontractors as well.

This is definitely a five star operation and if I ever need to do another landscaping project, I will definitely give Rod a call.

Our backyard layout was awkward and unusable, and for years we've struggled with how to maximize the space. Crossman did an amazing job with the layout and terracing, keeping it low maintenance and water-conscious (which was important to us), but with some fruit trees and beautiful pops of color. Now our kids play out there all the time, and we're getting tons of compliments from friends and neighbors.

Best of all, the crew was great to work with, showed up when they said they would, and did excellent work!

We love our new yard! Crossman Landscape did a great job taking into consideration our vision for our yard, and also our need for a dog-friendly space! They chose the perfect native or low- water plants and the turf looks beautiful. They turned the yard from a dirt pile to a dog-friendly and entertainment-ready oasis!

My big tree was out of control. Scott was on time and my tree is nice a trimmed for the same estimated price. Would recommend to anyone.

I called Scott because I had a problem with my irrigation system. He provided quick, friendly, reliable service and is very knowledgeable about sprinkler system maintenance. Highly recommend!

Hired this crew to get our weeds in check and they did a great job. Hired them to trim some trees and other tasks and here’s what happened..
1) trampled and killed a bird of paradise plant
2) didn’t cover pool (like they said they would) and a lot of debris fell in
3) charged us $50 over quoted price
4) broke our pool brush handle - didn’t say anything
5) broke a pool drain cover
6) debris from trim fell into neighbors yard
7) few other tasks were to be completed later
8) now they won’t respond to us

Steve from Scott's Landscaping did an Incredible job for me. I will always is Scotts Landscsping because they have such a Great employee.

I called to get mulch laid down. I have a large front yard and there was quite a bit of prep that needed to be done as well. Scott quoted me $2500 citing that it would require a large amount of mulch, which it did. Scott's crew, Steve and John, got right to work on the prep and did an amazing job. I was really excited to see the mulch go down. This is where the 1 star rating comes in. The mulch is recycled construction material, basically trash :( When I talked to Scott about it, he seemed perfectly fine with the quality of work, trash. He didn't offer any recourse. They needed about half the amount they laid down and I would have paid for half or 3/4 of nicer mulch than have a bunch of trash spread across my yard. He should have made it clear that's what I was getting. Also, I hope my neighbor doesn't mind having trash in his yard, as they had put the "mulch" on his side of the property when beforehand, we discussed only doing my yard. Why would they do that at all you ask? They had extra trash to spread around.

These guys are awesome! Super reliable and over the top quality work! Steve came out and redid my whole backyard sprinkler system and helped me stop the flooding problem I had with my system. Came super quick and they’re super on top of it! Highly recommend 10 out of 10 every time.

RUN RUN RUN!!!!!! They stole my money!!!! Now I need to do a small claim court!!! :(((( $1315 gone, and work is not done!!!!
Here is my story without emotions.
I got Scott connection from Home Adviser. Scott sent Steve (Stephen Vikander) and Gavin Ramey to get a quote. I liked quote and promised service, and agreed immediately to what they offered. They took 650$ deposite, made me write a check on his personal name. It took them several days postponing the visit, but eventually Steve and Gavin came and started working, installed some parts, but the major work they left unfinished, and promised to be back with more parts, and finish. Several days I was waiting, and every single day Steve keep promising to come but didn't. When he eventually did in 10 days, I was so naive that made another project plans with him for outdoor shower, and he took another deposite from me for parts 665$. His comfortable prices and knowledge completely blow my mind, so I didn't realized that would be the last time I see him.
Since that he was feeding me a lie, that he is going to come "today/tomorrow/in 20 minutes" but never showed up. Than he said I am having lunch, and than come to work for you, but never came... Eventually he stopped responding, and last time he simply drop the phone telling "don't call me anymore, I will come today sometimes". Of course he didn't. Next day a young guy what was with him, Gavin Ramey, he came and kind of started working on a front yard. But he was't as knowledgeable, and there is lots of work for 2 people, even for 3. So he left again everything unfinished(see pictures), From him I learned that they are having really bad time managment, taking too many projects, and there is such 5 houses like my. I took his number, just in case, and he also didn't respond when I asked next day about timeline.
So, I tried contact Scott, and tell him the story... He hang up on me, stopped responding, and looks like blocked my number.
I still hope to get my money back, not sure yet how.

I was able to get 640$ back (instead 664 for shower, and some for the irrigation ) after I had to scream all over neighborhood, when Steve showed up. That was last time I saw him. I truly think he does have some mental issues, my personal opinion.

Marissa submitted an excellent detailed proposal and George has lead the team onsite, and they have done an excellent job turning this property around! I have received praises from the Board for their above and beyond efforts.

Marissa and George in particular have been outstanding to work with. They’re both very responsive and quick to address. Any concerns or requests whenever adjustments are needed they handled them promptly and professional professionally which make a big difference in our day-to-day operations.

Overall, they are reliable, attentive, and easy to work with. I truly enjoy partnering with them and would highly recommend their services to other communities looking for dependable landscape management.
