Molly Maids has always been a service that has kept my house clean and neat. I find it very easy to communicate with the maids when they come in and for the most part, they do everything as I have requested.

I used this company for 2 years and had much of my time wasted, money spent and patience taken. They are consistently late, take zero accountability for their short comings and mistakes and do nothing to accommodate or take care of their long term clients. I’ve had countless instances where the team is 15-30 minutes late despite providing a 1 hour timeframe, mind you this is a timeframe they provide and set upon their availability. Despite ongoing issues which they continually blame on their staff they have the nerve to raise service prices without actually justifying it and not providing the service to earn it.
Save your money, time and patience and go with a different service provider.

Rose and Irma were great. They even made a bed I had stripped before I had a chance to wash the sheets.

Mary maids were fabulous. They were extremely efficient. They left my house, clean and smelling fresh.

Molly Maids did an amazing job in cleaning my home. They arrived on time and had the house smelling so refreshed. They even folded the tissue paper as you would see in the nicest hotel. I would recommend using them for your home cleaning needed. I'll definitely be using them again!!

Wonderful customer service experience. I needed a move-in cleaning for my father on somewhat short notice. I called several corporate cleaning services and Molly Maids was the only one that answered with a live person. Shannon was quick to give me all the answers I needed. I thought surely I had a very unique situation -- whether I did or not, they have it down to a science. I was very impressed.

Pricing was good. The cleaning crew arrived on time, called me 30 minutes in advance to give me notice, and did a great job overall. Would definitely recommend.

Molly Maid is the best cleaning service & I don't need to experience any other cleaning service to state that. My team is wonderful! They thoroughly clean my entire house & they are always consistent. My team of two are friendly & do an amazing job! I was able to book a schedule for them to arrive every two weeks on the same day & they are always on time & do a great job!! The customer service is phenomenal! We recently had a request for our team to come later than usual due to work being done in our home that day & they accomodated. The timing of their showing up was perfect! I will continue to keep Molly Maid as our cleaners!

They gave me a quote of 375-450. It was 3 hours of work for 2 people. I’m not sure how it took that long for an empty house. I think I was taken advantage of because I wasn’t there for the work. They charged me $605 without a receipt or invoice. I would not recommend them. I call and call and no one will answer the phone.

Molly Maid did a deep clean for us and we are delighted with the results. Our ages and health have been affected our abilities to keep the home as clean as we like. The workers were polite, professional, fast and thorough. Their attention to detail is excellent. Very pleased.

I’m very impressed with the quality of service. Always on time and courteous. I purchased the service when my mother turned 90 and I wish I would have gotten it sooner. She’s happy and so am I.

Our interaction w Molly Maid was stellar. Great customer service.,the crew did an outstanding job. We were especially happy with the wood floors. There staff cleaned our kitchen and left it spotless. Would definitely recommend. Fairly priced, punctual, clear w direction.

Hate, hate, hate Home Depot. Bought a brand new fridge from them & it broke down 3 times. Home Depot was no help & didn't even seem to care. Will never shop there again.

Great variety of plants and flowers. They need a larger variety of clay pottery though.

The reason I picked Crossman Landscape is because of the great review people gave this company, and i thought the price was reasonable to turn my grass yard into desert landscape ($4,300) in San Diego. However this has been a nightmare ever since the start of the project. long story short, now my desert landscape front yard is full of weeds every time it rains. see picture......
