Molly Maid is consistently reliable for providing service as scheduled. The cleaning technicians are always respectful, flexible with some minor variations to the agreed upon work, and attentive to details such that I trust they complete a thorough job.

I called Molly Maids because my home was in shambles. After 2 weeks of stressfully attempting to tidy up only brought the house from “complete dumpster fire/pit of despair” to “very messy”, I was a wreck of anxiety.

Cue Molly Maids! The three women who came today took over, and in a brisk 2 hours turned my house from “abandon all hope, ye who enter here” to “a comfortable place to relax” while I hid in my room and tried not to apologise to them any more than I already had for the disarray. In the face of hardworking experts, I will happily stay out of the way until needed.

My team from Molly Maids has been servicing our home for more than 10 years. They keep our home spic and span, including little extras from time to time. They keep the pet hair down to a minimum and take care of the shutters every week. I couldn't ask for a more competent and consistent service. We have used Molly Maid for many years and are always quite pleased with the quality of the cleaning tasks. The same team comes week after week and they are great people. They cope well with our 3 dogs and take a moment to say hello (and give them a treat) before they start cleaning. The team is fast but thorough. Nothing has been broken. Except for rare occasions when my wife or I are home for the day, they come in using a key and always lock the door properly. Although our dogs are escape artists they manage to keep the dogs inside. We couldn't be more pleased.

-After emphasizing to use care cleaning horizontal blinds the team still ended up breaking a blind

-Only one small bathroom was asked to be deep cleaned at this service and it was not - a step trashcan and shower stool in the room did not have clean exteriors - I didn't want to alert the team because after I saw they broke my blinds I just wanted them out of my home

Previous services from this company were much more thorough and professional; the teams were outstanding. This recent experience cost more and was of lesser quality.
