Amazing communication start to finish. We had gotten 3 quotes prior to making a final decision. 2 from referrals (arc was one of them). The quote was delivered in a very detailed, timely manner. My husband had some questions, which cale was happy to entertain. This made my husband feel better about the final decision and ultimately we moved forward. Before work was started, we did a final walk through BEFORE signing off to officially hire ARC. I liked that because it ensured we were all speaking the same lingo for the job. You can be as hands on or off as you need. I was home about fifty percent of the project. The gentlemen all working at our home were quiet, courteous, didnt mind me snapping progress pics, and I was happy they confirmed stepping stone placement for the walkways. The employees were always in company labeled shirts, which looks way more professional.
I have already referred arc to several people. Bailey was nice to step in and answer questions/confirm project start dates and communication when needed. Very very happy with our before and after!!!!!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful during the whole process. They were continuing sending me pictures since we weren't there. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

The ARC Design team did an absolutely incredible job. We had a backyard space that needed a ton of work and ARC hit all of the marks. Our scope of work included: complete tear out of all our grass and installation of artificial turf, multiple tree removals, irrigation rerouting, and our citrus tress got an upgrade with new mulch planters, irrigation, and a smooth DG installation around the trees.

During our research process the team was extremely helpful and patience as we learned about the market and the types of things we should be looking for.

I was searching for a landscape contractor to redesign my front yard. After reading impressive reviews online I met with Cale of ARC Design Landscape and explained what I envisioned. Cale took my ideas and came up with a design that exceeded my expectations. At the top of my list was finding a contractor that was professional, would stay on schedule, and do top quality work. I put my trust in Cale and his crew and they hit the ball out of the park. They showed up with a full crew on the first day and stayed on schedule. In less than two weeks I had a stunning newly landscaped front yard. The quality of work is top notch. It was a pleasure to deal with Cale and his crew. Cale was always available to answer any questions during the project. His crew was polite and cleaned up the work area each day before leaving. Half a year later and still pleased as can be with the job Cale and his crew did landscaping our front yard. The installation was done to last, and it looks good as new after a very wet spring. Great job on drainage. The drip watering system is efficient and economical. Living in an area plagued with weeds and gophers the wire and mesh barriers that were installed eliminated any of these issues. I couldn't be happier with the design, quality of work and friendly staff.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were so easy to work with, they were professional, friendly, explained everything, there were no surprises (other than how amazing it turned out), responded quickly to all my questions, and paid an amazing attention to detail. Cale, the owner, has been so helpful from design to answering all my inquisitive questions. He really made himself available. His guys were always on time, professional, respectful, hardworking, and thorough. I mean the little things too, they cleaned up after every work day. They swept the walkways, stacked their tools and materials out of the way, every single day. We are so impressed all around with this company. AND it was done on time and on budget! We will definitely be referring them to friends and family! Thank you, we LOVE our yard. For reference, we ripped out grass and replaced it with artificial turf and a concrete courtyard that is closed in with a stacked stone wall and pillars. We also extended the already existing concrete porch.

We had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted, Cale filled in the blanks and brought the vision to life with extraordinary quality - including pavers, new lawn, new plants, flagstone, sidewalks, irrigation, lighting and fencing. Great people, amazing workers (Jose & Antonio!), and an exceptional outcome - super pleased and would recommend to anyone.

Best investment ever! Literally life-changing! Cale, Kevin, Mike, & the entire ARC Design team transformed an unusable field of weeds into a clean and beautiful backyard space for our family to enjoy. We lived with a seasonal bed of weeds for 12 years. Avoiding the backyard except to let the dogs out.
Now we have a low-maintenance space we can be proud of. I can play ball with my dog in her own backyard for the first time in her life! I didn’t realize how much the old yard stressed me out until it was gone. No more dirt in the house. No more annual expense to have the weeds taken out. No more pollen, the list goes on and on.

Our backyard has been under construction/renovation(hardscape & landscape: pool & spa, paving, property fences, landscaping etc ) since January 2023 and still on going. We have been working with several landscape contractors and designers and none of the projects went perfectly as we expected and planned. (Except the pickle ball court, no problems from the start to the end!) There were always some issue arose once we started working on the projects. We always felt very difficult to confront the issues with the contractors and some of them even argued unprofessionally and defensive instead of finding a good solution for us. Among all these experiences, what I appreciated about ARC Design was that when we had unexpected issue arose( as I explained in the beginning, we learned many things do goes wrong unexpectedly), Cale(the owner of the company)stepped in and solved the issue the WAY WE CAN SATISFY and in a very PROFESSIONAL Manners. We asked 2 sets of concrete stairs in a slope and concrete steppers in a walk path way. ARC Design had a good work check process. They asked us to see their work before they pour concrete in. That’s how we found an issue created by putting stairs in a slope and Cale stepped in and fixed the problem. We are very happy with the results. Thank you to Cale and his good communication with customer!

I found their business on Yelp and they are the topnotch for everything. The owner, Cale is super friendly and accommodating. When we have an urgent change, Cale is trying his best to fit us in his schedule. Their turf is beautifully made and our daughter and our dogs loves it so much. If someone is looking to renovate their yard, we recommend ARC landscaping throughout San Diego. All of their team is wonderful. 💯

ARC Design Landscape is one of the best contractors I've had work on my property. The job entailed excavation of a bank to allow for an extension to an existing retaining wall, a slab for a Tuff Shed and a curved sidewalk. After an onsite visit by the owner, Cale, I received a detailed itemized contract that delineated the cost of each event that we discussed and a clear and concise schedule of payments.. Workers were on site Monday through Saturday 7:30 AM and thoroughly cleaned up before they departed each day. The quality of their work was impressive. The extension to the retaining wall was a perfect match. The slab is perfectly level, a requirement for the shed. The serpentine sidewalk was exactly as my wife and I envisioned. We were kept well informed throughout the course of the project via email and text messages. The job had no delays and was completed In the time we were quoted. I would definitely use ARC Design Landscape for future projects.

ARC Design team did a beautiful landscape around our house. They replaced the grass with turf on our front yard and installed pavers on our backyard.
