All my plumbing needs met and for best price and as efficient and quickly than I’ve ever experienced!!! Water heater replaced! Kitchen sink repaired! Cody was a kind gentleman who knows his profession very well.Cody diagnosed problem very quickly and ordered part to fix furnace issue. Chris Wilson has installed and maintained in my Monterey home a gas furnace, air conditioner and natural gas standby generator. His quality of work is outstanding and he is very responsive to any question or service issue.

I’ve called Chris Wilson Plumbing twice in the last month and asked for a “Water Softening Expert.” It’s clear that neither technician that came to my home fit the bill.
However, on both occasions, no one had a problem asking for $384. while also NOT fixing my water softener.
For the most recent visit, I specifically asked that someone bring a water testing kit. (They forgot.) I also walked the tech through the steps after we called the water softener manufacturer together: PENTAIR, which apparently was a brand with which the tech wasn’t familiar. Then I followed the instructions from Pentair, not the plumber from Chris Wilson.
So, I’m out $768., no one fixed my water softener, and I’ve also cleaned up the detritus left in my yard by the subsequent water testing kit the plumber asked to be delivered (syringes, etc.)
Clearly my simple machine stumped both techs, and when I asked for a quote for a new softener, the tech said the Wilson systems START around $6,500.00.
Yeah, right.

I strongly suggest Chris Wilson Plumbing remove ‘Water Softeners’ under the menu of services. They do NOT have the expertise for water conditioning or servicing units.

Further, charging customers (twice) for unresolved issues is unconscionable.

I had a complex challenge with potential leakage in a water pipe that runs under a public road. I contacted Chris Wilson plumbing and within an hour Joe P was on-site. He evaluated the situation by running a camera into the pipe from both sides of the road. He identified the source of leakage and recommended a simple solution, all within about 20 minutes. Seriously, this is BY FAR the best experience I’ve ever had with any plumber, period. Ever. Really. Thanks very much Joe!!

They came out to repair a leak and soldered a small section of copper line. He was nice and did an adequate job. Plumber was here less than an hour. I helped provide him with a step to reach the location, and helped dispose of the material. They charged me $400 for one hour. Beware they charge by the job and MUCH more expensive than other plumbers equally capable that charge by the hour. Save yourself a substantial amount of money and find another company.

I had an emergency main line sewage back up that began to spill out into my lawn and sidewalk. I called Chris Wilson and they sent someone within 2 hours which was amazing. I had to the pleasure to work with Jorge who was a true professional. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and personable. I asked a million questions and he took his time to answer every single question without getting annoyed or impatient. He was able to unclog the main line stoppage in less than 15 mins which was incredible. He provided me with a ton of tips to help me prevent any future back ups. He even suggested permeant solution like a trenches sewer lateral replacement in the future. Jorge was a real professional and treated me like an extension of his family. Jorge is the reason I will only call Chris Wilson for any of my future plumbing, sewer to heating repair needs. Thank you Jorge!

Wayne is absolutely fantastic!!! And very knowledgeable in his craft. This is the only company I can honestly refer to other people, without a disclaimer.

Wayne, with Chris Wilson plumbing is a gem. He fixed our kitchen drain issue quickly and promptly. Audra, the scheduler, is also great. She helped us get on the schedule ASAP.

Ramiro was the best!!! I've used other local plumbers in the past few years here and service was always kind of meh, but super pleased by my experience with Chris Wilson. When I called for service, operator was pleasant and informative, got plumber to me in a few hours even though it was already late in the day. Again, Ramiro was fantastic. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to inform me about what was causing the problem, both short-term and long-term fixes required. Pricing was totally reasonable as well. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Great work, on time, on budget, problem solved and you’d never known that they were here. No disruption, they cleaned up after themselves. What more could you ask? - they replaced the entire heating ductwork system at my house that was heavily damaged by possums. Thank you Chris Wilson for your great service!!

Chris Wilson and his team did an amazing job replacing an old boiler that was no longer functional and at risk of flooding. They spent three full days completing the installation, including replacing old pipes, pumps, a control board, and thermostats. They did an excellent job of installing everything and cleaning up after themselves. They were also fair with pricing. We couldn't have been happier with the end result. I'd definitely recommend Chris' business to anyone in the Monterey area looking for plumbing or heating services. Thanks again, Chris!

I called on a Sunday afternoon to make an appointment and an answering service answered. I was surprised since the website said open 24/7, so I said I wanted to schedule a service for my water heater but I guess I have to call someone else. The answering service said okay and hung up in me. LOL Oh well.

Chris Wilson was fantastic. We needed a different kind of dryer vent installed and the company is great to work with. Price for the work was reasonable, ( 2 person job). Their communication has been fantastic from start to finish with reminders, a way to track the reps arrival. We will call again for future work.

Wow! Thats all I can say about Chris Wilson Plumbing &Heating. Amazing above and beyond service from greeting to service to goodbye. First, they came out same day and on NYE, then diagnosed and serviced my furnace within an hour, lastly, the price was more than reasonable I thought it was a mistake. Lou specifically was an absolute professional every step of the way, giving me step by step updates and preventative maintenance tips that I was unaware existed. Don’t second guess, just make the call already!
