I contacted Chris Wilson Plumbing at got 1st class service from booking the appointment to the arrival of the technician. I got Jason Jenkins (JK). He was really nice and professional. Explained our situation and he very quickly explained what needed to be done and that he had the needed parts in his truck and came backed and fixed everything. Also loved how he explained what happened, and how it happened. 100% Satisfied and recommend this company.

We had 2 other plumbing companies that could not fix our plumbing problem. The issue was more complex than than the typical drain-snaking the 1st 2 companies did.

Then a retired plumber friend of mine recommended I call Chris Wilson's Plumbing. He felt they had the most experienced plumbers & best equipment to handle the job properly.

We could not have asked for a better experience. George our plumber was great! We had what turned out to be a complicated problem. We experienced multiple backups ( sinks, shower, tubs). After diligent investigation it turned out that as part of a remodel by previous owners a toilet was relocated and existing pipes were poorly capped causing the backup. George fixed that problem. Even telling us that he was sitting at home thinking about how to fix the problem. That's dedication. He also discovered that our drainage pipes were going in in a wonky direction with several 90 degree turns also complicating drainage. He repaired that as well. I am happy to report that it's been eight months since we made the repairs and everything is running smoothly. Although it was an expensive job we had complete confidence and trust in George all along. We would hire him again in a second.

We have used Chris Wilson 2 times and both times we have been impressed by (and thankful for) their professionalism, quality of work, and service. The first time we used them was to install new toilets, new bathroom faucets, new shower heads in a house my wife and I had just bought. The next time was for emergency service a couple of weeks after moving in: at 1am both toilets started to overflow and waste water started coming back into the master shower. We had a downline obstruction. We called Chris Wilson, spoke to their answering service, and left a message. 10 minutes later we got a call back from Jorge. He was already on another emergency job in Aptos and wouldn't be able to get to us until 3am, or 7am the next morning. As promised, at 7am, Jorge was there and proceeded to clear out our lateral line. Absolutely recommend Chris Wilson, and Jorge in particular, for your plumbing needs.

I was very impressed with Jason Jenkins and his professionalism. He was courteous and with a kind attitude toward my mother. He had explained everything clearly and performed work efficiently. He also gave the impression he was the right guy doing the job. I appreciated his recommendations throughout the gas control kit he installed with success. It was superb coming home and being able to enjoy a hot shower again. That made this truly a Happy Friday! Cheers

Excellent service! We had a power outage during a water heater flush but Cody was able to complete the job without a problem. Explained everything he did and showed me how it all works. Definitely a repeat customer.

Called Chris Wilson Plumbing at 10:30am for a chronic clogged shower drain that neither we or our normal plumber could resolve, and Joe and his assistant John were at my house by 11:45. They did a thorough inspection and assessment, determined the issue, fixed it with special equipment they had on their truck and were out by 12:30. They were personable, knowledgable, professional and I felt safe with them in my home (I was home alone at the time). SO impressed!! These guys know what they're doing and I would highly recommend their plumbing services.
