We could not have asked for a better experience. George our plumber was great! We had what turned out to be a complicated problem. We experienced multiple backups ( sinks, shower, tubs). After diligent investigation it turned out that as part of a remodel by previous owners a toilet was relocated and existing pipes were poorly capped causing the backup. George fixed that problem. Even telling us that he was sitting at home thinking about how to fix the problem. That's dedication. He also discovered that our drainage pipes were going in in a wonky direction with several 90 degree turns also complicating drainage. He repaired that as well. I am happy to report that it's been eight months since we made the repairs and everything is running smoothly. Although it was an expensive job we had complete confidence and trust in George all along. We would hire him again in a second.

We have used Chris Wilson 2 times and both times we have been impressed by (and thankful for) their professionalism, quality of work, and service. The first time we used them was to install new toilets, new bathroom faucets, new shower heads in a house my wife and I had just bought. The next time was for emergency service a couple of weeks after moving in: at 1am both toilets started to overflow and waste water started coming back into the master shower. We had a downline obstruction. We called Chris Wilson, spoke to their answering service, and left a message. 10 minutes later we got a call back from Jorge. He was already on another emergency job in Aptos and wouldn't be able to get to us until 3am, or 7am the next morning. As promised, at 7am, Jorge was there and proceeded to clear out our lateral line. Absolutely recommend Chris Wilson, and Jorge in particular, for your plumbing needs.

I was very impressed with Jason Jenkins and his professionalism. He was courteous and with a kind attitude toward my mother. He had explained everything clearly and performed work efficiently. He also gave the impression he was the right guy doing the job. I appreciated his recommendations throughout the gas control kit he installed with success. It was superb coming home and being able to enjoy a hot shower again. That made this truly a Happy Friday! Cheers

Called Chris Wilson Plumbing at 10:30am for a chronic clogged shower drain that neither we or our normal plumber could resolve, and Joe and his assistant John were at my house by 11:45. They did a thorough inspection and assessment, determined the issue, fixed it with special equipment they had on their truck and were out by 12:30. They were personable, knowledgable, professional and I felt safe with them in my home (I was home alone at the time). SO impressed!! These guys know what they're doing and I would highly recommend their plumbing services.

Outstanding service. First install was plumbing in a Moen shut-off valve. Second service call to fix a disconnected heating duct and install a new thermostat. Quality workmanship on each job. Even used this company to recommend help with electrical. We're new to the area but couldn't have enjoyed a better welcome to Monterey.

Prompt, courteous, professional and extremely helpful to get a technician to our home while we had a newborn without heat. The gal that answered the phone after hours was so kind and concerned. Our furnace went out and I called Chris Wilson to come out and repair it. I talked with Audra, she is great. Audra went the extra mile to get a repairman out, even though they had a full schedule. She kept me updated on when the repairman would arrive. The repairman Lou did a fantastic job determining what the problem was and had it fixed in no time at all.
