Good work, fair price. They showed up when they said they would and completed the work in a timely manner.

Unbelievable story of customer service! They replaced my gutter covers about a year ago. Recently I noticed a leak in my gutter but forgot they only replaced the covers not the gutter. I called them to come out and fix the leak (forgetting they had not actually replaced the gutters). They came out to look at the leak and graciously pointed out that the gutters had not been replaced, only the covers. The covers had nothing to do with the leak. Rather than express frustration at my wasting their time, Willie and Tony simply said "it's an easy fix why don't we fix it for you anyway." I was shocked. Needless to say I felt awful about wasting their time. They went way beyond the call of duty; it wasn't even their gutter! You simply don't find that kind of customer service these days. I know that kind of customer service comes from the top and Oz (owner / manager) clearly places the customer first. I will be telling this story for a long time. Thank you Rain Gutter Pros!

Do not deal with this company! Go with someone else. Rude office manager has no manners. I had work done a few months ago and I needed to replace one piece because of some changes that I made on the exterior of my house. And I was not asking to do it for free. I have been calling for 2 months for them to come and do the work. Finally they made the appointment and they did not show up to do the work. So I called and the office manager was so rude and disrespectful. Apparently they do not need their old customers just the new ones. Disgusting customer service!

Oz did a fantastic job at our house in Agoura. His price was very competitive. I think he used materials that were superior to what other companies were offering. He finished on time and on budget. I recommend him highly!

We had a appointment with Rain Gutter Pros to install 500 linear feet of new gutters on one of our properties in Malibu.

A person who identified herself as Kimberly left a voicemail message last night ( around 6:30 PM ) that stated if I did not call her back at once to confirm the appointment then rain gutter pros would not honor their appointment with us.

We never ever blow off an appointment being professional business people who keep our commitments and value our customer as the most important person for the business to survive.
I called the number back and since it was after hours I left a message in the company Inbox to confirm.

The following morning I called Rain gutter pros at 9:30 to make sure they were going to honor their appointment with us and Kimberly said she had not listened to the message but said the estimator would be out at 1:30

My wife said she would cancel them because of the style and attitude of the company representative Kimberly, but I said out of respect for them I would keep it.

When 2:35 rolled around I needed to meet with a client soon and I called Rain gutter pros to tell them that no one had arrived or called to say they were running behind.
Kimberly answered and said oh he must be in route. She didn't say I'm sorry, or let me find out where he is when I told her we could not wait any longer, she didn't even ask if they could re-schedule..... She just said "okay have a nice day".
It's amazing how some people can be in business in spite of themselves.
The website says Owner of Rain gutter pros Oz Figenbaum has been working for nearly a decade serving the needs of thousands of customers. If you look up his license application according to the California Secretary of State May 23, 2012 is when the application was received.
Honestly issue or poor math? I don't know.
I will probably not hire this group.

Love these guys and we know something about contractors. We have remodeled our home inside and out, including pool, travertine deck, IPE wood deck, roof, cement driveways, painting, fencing, awnings, lights, landscaping, shutters, etc etc etc. just on the outside. Don't get me started on the inside. Oz of Rain Gutter Pros put gutters all around our old house perfectly from start to finish. Plus, we changed our minds at one point, and had to move a downspout, and it was.....no problem, done. Careful examination -- we have learned to carefully examine everything contractors do -- so far finds it...well....flawless. Really nice looking, solid, suspiciously excellent. Contractors tend to do just do things and make choices without asking. We all wish they would continually lay out the choices and ask first. Oz was communicative (!) and his decision making was excellent. Wish he did more than gutters.

Had a new roof applied last year and when it leaked this year I was told the gutters are bad and I needed a gutter guy. Called Rain Gutter Pros and spoke with Tom. He was super helpful and got out to our commercial property at his earliest availability. After coming into the building and going up on the roof with me - he advised that the issue is a bad gutter and a skylight that would be like surgery to do. He advised we try an adhesive to coat the gutter and the surrounding skylight to see if that will solve our issue before going the much more invasive route. Although it wouldn't be something he could assist with he wanted to be honest and give me much cheaper potential solution to try before contracting out the entire removal and replacement. I did extensive checking on rain gutter installaton companies with references & visiting & speaking to clients. Rain Gutter Pro came out on top. In Jan 2013 I had them do my job - 2 story home. Their seamless gutters are superb; I've recommended them to several of my associates. I seldom give recommendations, but their work was/is excellent.

In anticipation of the coming El Niño season, I called Rain Gutter Pros to have them check the gutters on my house. They were able to get me scheduled right away and the estimator Adi came by right on time on our scheduled date. He was very patient as I asked my usual million questions. He gave me a reasonable estimate and I closed with him on the spot. The installers came on the scheduled day and did the work quickly and efficiently. I am beyond happy with Adi and Rain Gutter Pros and highly recommend them to everyone.

I have to say that I have NEVER experienced such friendly, caring and prompt service from anyone in LA county like Oz from Rain Gutter Pros! OZ came out last Saturday to give us an estimate to clean our rain gutters. He spent time examining all of our gutters and our roof and found a rather large mound of debris in the corner of one of our gutters and removed it. He said all of our other gutters were clean and our roof looked sound. He spent about 15-20 minutes at our house and refused to take any money!!! He will get ALL of our business for future cleaning and/or repair! So impressed with his caring professionalism!

Had a small job to add a new section of gutter and downspout. They were really easy to get a quote, arrange and schedule for the work, the arrived on time, were very professional and finished within an hour. They even put up some extra flashing to redirect some water away from my awning. Highly recommend!

I recently had Rain Gutter Pros come out and install beautiful copper gutters on my home. From beginning to end, they were a pleasure to hire. Oz came out and answered all my questions thoroughly, Kimberly was always very professional at the office, and the installers, Pancho and Lionel really paid attention to every detail I insisted upon...making the entire experience a great one. And the copper looks absolutely marvelous...adding so much character. It was definitely money well invested. I own a few other homes in the LA area undergoing some remodeling now...and after... My experience with Rain Gutters Pro was exceptional. They were courteous, polite and hard workers. When I called for a quote on my gutters, I called several companies and had them come out and give me a bid. None of the other companies compared to the attention to detail and asked me what I wanted vs what the contractor wanted to put in. They had many choices and we sat down and discussed what would be best for my house. It was a wonderful experience and I encourage anyone looking for new rain gutters to contact this company.

I had a very small job of replacing a downspout, so I contacted Rain Gutter Pros on their website and suggested they give me a quote if I sent pictures (to reduce the cost of them coming out for an estimate). After a couple emails, they gave me a quote and came out a couple days later. The worker did fantastic work, which looked perfect. He even fixed the other downspout (which was not even on the quote). Highly recommended company.

They are reasonably priced and very detail oriented and thoughtful about what they do!

We used Rain Gutter Pro back in 2018 and we recently saw that a piece of gutter was missing at the bottom of the line. This could have easily damaged the house's foundation. When I called them to come and fix it they tried to add me to their schedule but we needed something quicker than what they could do. However, they kept me on their cancellation list and I received a call asking if they could come as they were in the area, with a no-fee repair! This completely exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend this company!
