From start to finish this company has been a breeze to work with. My husband and I hired them for a new roof replacement. They’re pricing was honest and competitive. These guys are OUTSTANDING! They showed up on time. Gave me an estimate (which was very reasonable compared to other estimates I got). And returned the following week to complete the work. I had significant water damage to the ceiling and I thought it would be a big job. They easily could have ripped me off, as I know nothing about roofing. They are very professional - on time, responsive, courteous, great customer service, cleaned up after completing the job and a real human being answers the phone. I hope I never need a roofer again but, if I do I know who to call. I highly recommend A Cut Above Roofing because, they are definitely a cut above!

Overall I had a disappointing experience with this company to replace broken tiles on our roof. This was what we had assumed to be a minor repair (appeared to be less than 20 broken tiles based on drone pictures), as well as patching up an area on the roof with silicone. They ended up coming out to our house five separate days to complete the repair. Each day I had to block out time for this, including several work days where I had to stay at home, and they were often late and I had to text them to see what time they would actually come. Communication was poor, and at times it felt like the workers who came didn’t have a full idea of the work to be done when I spoke with them. The first day they came the workers didn’t have replacement tiles with them, and I had to talk with their boss to schedule another day for them to come. They also initially glued together a broken tile at the front of the house, which I had to repeatedly mention until it was finally replaced on the fifth visit. When I pointed out remaining broken tiles after their second visit and requested they come verify the work done, the main coordinator who we worked with, Don, was clearly annoyed with me and behaved unprofessionally during the visit. He was at that point mainly concerned about payment rather than completing the job. The entire process was very time consuming for a minor roof repair, and I felt like I had to be on top of the work being done to make sure it was completed.

Most recently I did change my whole roof & gutters through this Company. They are an army of professionals! I feel so lucky to have found them and have trusted my house in their hands. Thank you Cut Above Builders, and thank you Don, you are a true leader who walks its talk. I hired this company last year and waited for a good rain storm to leave a review. No leaks at all I am super happy with Abraham Charlie and their team. Everyone was very polite respectful and clean, Something I was looking for in a company to hire. Will be calling them again this year to do my rental property in the valley. A cut above builders and renovation went above and beyond. My roof was replaced while I was out of town and when I came back everything was done beautifully and the yard was pristine.The entire work was done quickly and the quality of the product was great compared to what I had been quoted by other companies as well as the workmanship and product warranties included in the deal. I'd definitely recommend them!!

Very happy with the service. I had a leak and they sent someone same day because it was supposed to rain later in the week. Problem was repaired in a couple hours and no more leaks. It was also a little complicated because the leak was below my solar panels.

These guys were great! I was in a pinch and needed urgent help with some leaks in my roof in light of the upcoming storms and they immediately came out and put tarps on the roof for free. They were then very quick to give me reasonable quotes for both repairing the roof and putting on a whole new roof. Highly recommend!
