Plug It In Solar came highly recommended to me by Keith Graves. I have
worked with Keith for over 12 years and have always been completely satisfied
with whomever he r e c o m m e n d e d .
Specifically the two individuals I worked with at Plug It In Solar are Seth
and Sasun. Seth and Sasun have been great to work with. Their customer
service is second to none. Both have always been easy to work with and were
always responsive and prompt with getting back to me when I had questions.
Seth and Sasun were the two individuals that were my go to when dealing
with the installers. Regarding the installers of the Tesla Powerwalls, they were
professional throughout the install. They were always easy to work with and were
concerned that I was understanding why certain things were done and that I was
completely satisfied. They involved me throughout. I have always been hands on
when making changes to our home. They had no issues with my being onsite.
The attention to detail was greatly appreciated! A new panel was necessary for
my project. Thankfully the installers knew exactly what was needed to transfer all
wiring from the old panel to the new panel. Easy for them, not so much if I
attempted to make this change. I don't like working with electricity, is what I am
trying to say.
After completion and inspection of the Tesla Powerwalls (2) my next
concern was...will they work as described when the next power outage occurs?
Well, as predicted, we had our first outage. Immediately the powerwalls
functioned as designed. Success!
I have been completely satisfied over the past three years since the
powerwalls were installed.

Plug it in Solar was great to set up my new Tesla powerwalls. They were super helpful with installation and making sure it was a clean set up and painted everything so the piping looked seamless with the existing walls.

I can’t sing the praises of Seth and Brayan more. They came out on Saturday during the horrible rain even though their office was closed. We discovered the source of my leaks wasn’t from the solar panels (thankfully) but they still helped me stop the leaks anyway. Such great customer service and professionalism.
