I recently had 3 Enphase micro inverters fail. I first called Enphase and they couldn't determine the problem and told me to call my solar installer, which was Plug It In Solar. Seth, at Plug It in Solar, had his team come out to my house and replace the inverters within a couple days. They respond quickly, are friendly, and know what they are doing. I highly recommend Plug It In Solar.

Seth at Plug It In Solar was incredible. He went through every possible issue we were having with our gateway connection until finally getting to our hardware failure. They will always be our first and only call.

From the initial assessment through final follow-ups, we had a great experience. Friendly, knowledgeable and direct, the team’s support and communication exceeded our expectations. Thankful to finally have the system installed and highly recommend.

PlugitinSolar Initially installed my Powerwalls few years ago as a sub for another company. Found them to be very professional and courteous at every stage of the process from permits to install completion. Entire crew of installers were very detail oriented. Recently had a problem with the Powerwall that needed replacement and once again they came through with the same professional and courteous gestures. Mr Seth is a very friendly and service oriented project manager/coordinator. I would certainly recommend them for any Solar related projects.

I am very happy with the work done by the team at Plug It In Solar! From their pricing, to the speed of their work, and taking in my input for the layout, the whole thing went smoothly. Every team member who I dealt with was polite and professional, and made me feel like they were interested in more than my money. My Project Manager Isaac followed up on all my questions, and the team that came to install the panels did great work, even removing an old electrical piece on the roof that did not serve any purpose anymore, and buying a separate can of paint to ensure that the wall looked identical to what it was before their work.

I want to applaud you for your swift action into coordinating realignment of my " Gateway not reporting" situation.
I'm happy Enphase gave you phone number Seth, the business name brought back your fine install.
Your involvement started with you on Monday morning, you then proceeded to contact Enphase for my account info and set up a repair schedule. Not only did you get it approved, then set up the repair for two days later.
That visit proved a defective panel which you then got approval to pull from inventory a new replacement and sent Brian back to our home for instant
Instalation.
For the first time in a year, we are "Online!!!".

This was a notably excellent customer service experience. I had a roof leak that was potentially related to a solar panel. I never got a recording. I spoke with a real person, Seth, with knowledge, expertise, and advice… who I can call again! They worked with my schedule and sent a great technician the next day. Then Seth arrived to help the technician with a water test. He explained the repair and happily answered all my questions. It’s so rare these days to be able to interact with live, knowledgeable and helpful representatives. It was really a pleasure and a model more businesses should adopt. They were really great. 10/10

I was told of Plug It In Solar by my son who used them. He was very happy his representative name was Charlie and she was wonderful from the beginning to the end. Everything she explained to me in detail happened just as she.said today I received my rebate chuck for my two Tesla, T3 batteries and they are now paid for without penny out of my pocket. I had plug in solar install my battery backup system. Lee Dagan and his team were outstanding.
My system has been operational since December and works perfectly. They have also completed all paperwork for my rebate from Edison. I am still waiting but hope to complete soon

This company is second to none. Seth and Garry were amazing in getting the job - a Powerwall 3 installation - done on time and to perfection. They cleaned up once the job was completed and made sure I could work the Tesla app. 10 outs 10 guys!

Plug It In Solar is TOP NOTCH in my opinion. I say this because of the great experience I had with them during the planning, installation, and support for our Franklin Whole Home backup battery. We already had solar on our home but we had no battery to store some of the excess power to utilize during power outages and/or for saving some money on our Edison bill. From the staff at the office to each and every technician that upgraded our electrical panel, installed the Franklin Whole Home Battery System, installed our 50amp EV charger, and finally our FranklinWH generator module, everyone was a skilled and professional. I consulted with five different solar companies, even though this one was recommended to me by a good friend. No other company felt as transparent as Plug it in solar. They worked with me and adjusted solar layout to customize my roof, and the power consumption needs. More than that they helped me navigate the extremely complex energy programs easily to give me a better ROI than i thought was possible. Their installation team was excellent and a pleasure to work with. Communication throughout the process was clear quick and without issue. This is for a three battery 49 panel installation On residential, but I’ve already recommended them to many smaller jobs with friends, and they have had a similar experience. 11 out of 10 would recommend
