The company was prompt in responding to me even on a Sunday. Had an appointment for Monday first thing. David H was friendly and informative.

We had a new Noritz tankless water heater installed. The technicians who came to our house were very professional and knowledgeable. Derrick gave us a great estimate, Adan did the installation job and JoJo did the follow up. Of note is that Adan and JoJo came out at our convenience on a Saturday, which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend this company.

The agent that came out was great , but original appointment rescheduled 3 times , was not informed till last minute. Just no respect for my time

Making the appointment was easy but they did not keep me informed about the arrival time and aslo when the tech was on the way. Secondly their charges were high. I wanted them to fix a small PVC pipe but they quoted a awfully high rate.

Danny C came out first time to give us a quote for replacing our water heater. He was very professional and patient with us as we had a lot of questions. I didn’t go threw with Payless water at first but called them back after shopping around and Danny C came back and installed a new water heater for us. He took his time made sure everything was done properly. I really appreciate his professionalism during the process. Definitely would recommend Payless water company to anyone who’s in need of this service.

Daniel showed up within hours of my phone call. He couldn’t have been more thorough or nice. My water heater was switched out the next morning, my water heater wasn’t available same day, and he even cleaned up the water and sprayed bleach to curb any mold forming in the base while it dried out. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a job done quickly, thoroughly and wants it to be cost effective.

Hi, I got a tankless water heater annual maintenance from Evan at Payless Water Heaters. He was polite, professional, took the time to explain the charges and exactly what he was going to do. He helped me take down some shelving that we had that obstructed direct access to the heater. He was gracious and kind. Truly would recommend this company to anyone---have always had a great experience with all the folks there, whether routine maintenance, purchase, email correspondence, whatever. One of the companies that still places customer satisfaction first.

Same day service! Called early Sun morning for an old water heater being out, JC was there within a couple hrs. Turns out there was no saving the 13yr old water heater so JC replaced it with a new one, he did such a great job with the install. Very clean work and looks great! Bought a new house a year ago. had a tankless watehr heater. suspected it had not been serviced in years. the payless sticker was on it. I called. They came and serivced it. Great job.
