Our house was damaged in the Palisades fire and our tankless water heater worked afterward, but we wanted it checked out. Peerless (who had installed it) came out the next day. They showed me how they the heater had been damaged from the heat from the house next door that burned to the ground. They gave me five options for repair. I chose one of the options that had a new heater and they installed the new system THAT DAY.

Water Heater died Friday. Immediately went on the website and made an appointment for Saturday morning. Appointment confirmed for early Saturday and Derrick showed up at the promised time. He was quick and efficient, and within 10 minutes gave me 6 options for a replacement heater. Once I selected he immediately went to work, saying he'd be done in three hours. Three hours later I had a new 50 gal tank, new auto-shutoff valve, new leak alarm, new expansion tank, proper ground bonding, a new manual shutoff valve, and a reposition gas sediment trap. Derrick overcommunicated each step of the way and did a thorough orientation on my new system.
