Called on a Saturday to replace a small but vital broken part that required the water to be shut off for the whole house. We confirmed the price via text and photo by noon. A plumber showed up at 2:30 exactly within the 1-hour window btwn 2-3pm. Armando did a fantastic job within 30 minutes and we had our water back. His work was swift, tidy and clean like a pro. They provide a one year guarantee on top of that. Wonderful service!

I had a great experience with the representative that came out to my home. He was polite and fast, he fixed my problem in a matter of minutes. It was super and and I will definitely be calling them again if I ever have any type of plumbing issues.

I called Red Hat at 4pm re two of my toilets that were in need of repair. I was told I would receive a text from a Red Hat plumber between 9-11am the next morning while on their way. Jaime texted me at 9:20am and arrived 15 min later, diagnosed the problems, gave me a free price quote that I considered reasonable and made the repairs. Jaime was knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job.

A couple weeks ago all of my toilets started to back up. My husband and I called around. Red hat plumbing was able to come out and clear the mainline. They had a camera and were able to show me the inside of the sewer pipes which were full of roots. It was so crazy to see! They made recommendations on repair and pricing was reasonable.

We used Red Hat for high pressure water jetting to clean the main sewer line of roots and buildup. Someone came out within an hour of our call which was great. We are very happy with the service and thankful for the crew. Will use again!

Red Hat Plumbing is professional, knowledgeable as well as reasonable. Ahmad, the principle contact, explains in detail exactly what work will occur as well as the cost. Armando has been to our house on numerous occasions and you could not meet a more skilled plumber. Red Hat Plumbing has installed a tankless water heater, repaired our area drain system, repaired and lined our sewer pipe, replaced the existing dryer vent, replaced the existing washing machine water supply hoses, replaced the garbage disposal, replaced the pressure regulator and installed a Moen Flo Valve. Needless to say, we truly trust Ahmad and his organization.

Needed faucet replacement in kitchen and two drains replaced in a bathroom. Quality and timely work completed by Armando. I’ve used this company a few times now and they have been consistently good without issues.

Red hat was the second plumbing company we called. They were a little less expensive than the first estimate, but a world of difference in their attitude, knowledge And a personality. The big difference was after they fixed the problem, two days later he dropped by just to see if everything was still working. Hire these folks.!!!!

If I can give ZERO stars I would with my experience. Called them to come out to fix a simple toilet flap issue. The part is $7 dollars that needed to be replaced. They quoted me nearly $400 to repair it. I couldn't believe it! Needless to say, I said no thank you and the plumber pretty much stormed out of the home. I then went to the hardware store down the street, got the part for $7 dollars and it took me 10 minutes to fix. My 9 year old son could have fixed it. The price gouging out there is terrible and this company seems to have no problem jumping on that bandwagon. Don't say I didn't warn you!

I had a bathtub drain that wasn't draining for weeks and then suddenly water was coming up my drain when my upstairs neighbor would use their bathtub. That's when I decided to search for a plumber and found Red Hat Plumbing online. I called Red Hat Plumbing on a Saturday night on an emergency call and a plumber came the next day on Sunday morning. Armando, the plumber who came, is GREAT. A very nice, hard working and knowledgeable guy. He fixed my drain issue in no time and my drain is finally draining. 😁 The price for an emergency visit was very well priced and I will definitely call Red Hat Plumbing again.

I contacted red hat plumbing for a leak that I saw in the crawl space and also replacing our faucet in the bathroom. Alex came to our house within a few hours and quickly found the source of the leak. He then came back the following day (on Saturday!) for the repair work and replacing the faucets. He did an excellent job. He was very courteous, experienced, and patient. Our house pipes are pretty old so with a little more pressure than needed, they may break but he was very patient and finished the work very professionally. He even gave me some plumbing advice on other matters so I can keep them in mind for future. I highly recommend hiring red hat plumbing and ask for Alex, he is the best. Thank you Alex!

These guys were amazing. I called with a busted water heater, Adam gave me several options of what could be done, and even got us in first thing the next morning for a water heater replacement. The crew was super punctual, even a few minutes early, and they were efficient and really nice. The price was fair and we definitely felt the high quality customer service.
